i have used and continue to use various brain training apps or brain type game apps and this one has very well designed challenges, that are effective but also simple. highly reccommend. the games or "work outs" selected for me are quite accurately matched for what I need to work on, the explanations for the games in relation to how the brain works are clear, helpful and concise. the awareness and focus on workouts geared towards working with an adhd brain are well done.
