Currently, it’s not possible to reset your account or learning data for one course.The Lingvist app tracks your personal learning progress since day 1. It helps you identify the words that you have memorized well and asks you to practice less familiar words more often.In this case, all of your activities are considered valuable data and should not be erased.Even if you have paused learning for a long period of time, our algorithm prepares the cards that you need to review in order to regain your previous level. All you have to do is return to the exercise and practice at your convenience.

Why don't I see new words?

You will only see new words after the number of “Words at risk” has been reduced to zero.Lingvist uses spaced repetition to optimize your learning efficiency, which means you won’t see any new words until you have practiced all of the words scheduled for repeat.You can find the number of words at risk by going to the hub (dashboard) and clicking on “Active word progress”.
