The game takes place in a parallel dimension where ladies rule the world and they need you and your strong penis to have sex with them. That is the basics of the story, but there is an angel, a demon, lots of crazy chicks that want your sperm, and a whole lot of other weirdness going on.

I can see why some people may say that Twisted World is too weird and makes very little sense, but that is exactly what I like about the game. The strange characters say lots of silly stuff and you can tell that the developer was clearly having a great deal of fun writing all this stuff. My only issue with the writing is that some of it is a little long-winded. What is here is fun, but when you have to read a lot of text that humor can start to get a little stale. Thankfully, that is not a massive issue and is just really related to a few select scenes and plotlines.
