I will say that the writing in Dog Days of Summer is not perfect and it can perhaps go on for a paragraph or two longer than necessary. However, the way that the relationships grow in this game is something that is done very well. I love it when a lewd visual novel goes that extra mile with character development as it helps get you more invested with the story. Even with the grammar and spelling errors, I think that it is easy to get fully invested in what is happening here. You get to make various choices as the game progresses and since the characters are so well written, I found myself putting a lot of thought into the choices that I was making.

As I said at the start of this Dog Days of Summer, it was the visuals that drew me to the game initially. This has a more realistic kind of vibe going on with the presentation. The characters have amazing bodies and all look great, plus there is a nice amount of XXX content here for you. While the sex scenes are great and very hot, I think the fact that you do care about the main character makes you like them even more. The only thing I think would have made this better in terms of the presentation of the game is some voice acting.
