Regret Island is a horror-themed role-playing game that cleverly blends horror elements with a dating simulation. Players and their families embark on a thrilling adventure. For unknown reasons, you're destined to spend the day on a deserted island. As time passes, you'll gradually discover its unusual characteristics, and gradually fall into lust and madness. Be warned, if you fall into madness, your character will die. Can you successfully escape this island?

Farm-Life Mechanics: Cultivate crops, raise livestock, and trade goods to sustain the island’s economy—but neglect farming to prioritize survival, and watch starvation fuel communal paranoia.  

Day-Night Cycle: Daylight fosters romance and resource gathering; nighttime unveils cursed rituals, haunted forests, and sanity-draining entities that demand stealth or combat.  

Environmental Corruption: Over-harvesting or failed rituals taint the land, spawning lethal mutations (e.g., carnivorous crops, possessed livestock) that threaten your livelihood.  

Relationship Webs: Befriend villagers to unlock cooperative skills (e.g., joint exorcisms), but romantic entanglements risk jealousy-driven betrayals or possession by vengeful spirits.  

Sanity System: Characters develop phobias, hallucinations, or violent impulses as insanity rises, altering quest outcomes and triggering permadeath if untreated.  

Lust as a Double-Edged Sword: Use seduction to manipulate allies or placate monsters, but overindulgence corrupts stats, blurring reality and nightmare.  

Changelog:

Losing a fight to the skeletons in the cemetery while Linda is in the party triggers the “Anal rape” scene with Linda.

Checking the bathtub in Kate’s room while Linda is in the party enables them to take baths together.

Sleeping in Kate’s bed with Linda in the party triggers three different random scenes and increases their relationship.

Linda can be recruited as a party member during nighttime visits.

You can remove Linda from your party by visiting her room.

New dialogue appears when attempting to enter someone’s room at night with Linda in the party.

Linda has unique dialogue when entering the dressing room for the first time.

Linda has unique dialogue when first entering the library after Kate obtains the Manor Keys.

Linda has unique dialogue when entering the cemetery for the first time.

Kate & Linda have new dialogue when examining the library bookshelves.

Added glory hole dialogue to the Park’s public bathroom.

Fixed game crash that occurred when sleeping before visiting the farm (“Cannot Read Property ’10’ of undefined”).

Fixed Kate’s movement during the “Linda licks Kate’s foot” scene.

Fixed sprite issue where Kate would walk in place after destroying farm crops.

“My baby cousin” quest events now properly disable when Linda joins the party.

The White Amulet/Pass night phase transition now requires completing or skipping the Farm Tutorial.

Expanded manor bathroom sizes to accommodate future scenes.

Background music on the manor now plays upstairs.

Wall calendar now displays weekdays and contains 28 days instead of 30.

Endings: The game features numerous endings, ranging from happy to sad and utterly evil. It includes plenty of horror, gore, and related intense content.

Fetishes in this game: Beastie, incest, pregnancy, birthing, netorare, netoru, gangbang, older men, rape, golden shower, footjobs etc. Intense fetishes are optional and can be turned off, allowing more vanilla players to enjoy the game as well.

I do, I think of the gameover scene as a non canon reset.By that I mean, anything that happens to the character is just for that particular scene, so it could be literally anything (brutal ryona, death, whatever) and after the scene is over, reset, you get to see the scene happen, but it didn't actually happen, so it doesn't have to affect the character in the future.Depending on how many gameover rapes there are, that is a lot of rape the character would have to endure if it was ALL canon.As long as it is not the only type of scenes in a game, I like it, but in my opinion, gameover rape with even simple mid battle sexual cut-ins is the perfect combination.

Turning/guiding the players to become unhinged/crazy is a legit choice line playstyle on a dark path ? or is it just game over stuff ? Say like one of the girls takes too much she snaps, and just kills all the bad guys and does fucked up stuff. Is that a legit thing ? Or is dark path they just get ruined and abused ?

This is a cool game. The developer really knows how to write dialogue in a porn game, it's not too long but sexy.Kate and Linda are such a cute couple and they are not just two horny lesbians but their relationship has a background, unlike other lesbian games. There is even a lesbian NTR, something you rarely see.Although I don't understand where even in the subscriber version to get the scenes that are in the screenshots, if they are in the game. Giving this game such low ratings is just unfair and it sucks.

Just reading those "pirate" excuses again just makes me cringe. It couldn't be further from the actual discussion at hand. And why do the people go so far and derail the argumentation like this? Because they are most likely fanclubbing the dev and are part of the supporter group that has been involved for a long time. But it doesn't matter, since it's not the point. The preview has artwork displayed that we don't even get in the version served to us, hence - clickbait. And there is no way in any reality i will support the dev with even a penny from the content i have seen. No content - no money. Simple as that.
