wow, that's some boring shit. a bloody girl in a bloody hospital throwing scalpels at zombies. you might expect hard rape or even some guro or so, but nope. only vanilly stuff where the girl sometimes grin while a zombie gently pounds her...anyway, here my savefile (gallery should be fully unlocked). simply put the save.ini into the folder where the game exe is.

I love the situation when you die to a zombie nurse. The fact that she just happily places her nurse cap on protag and they go to blow some random dude together, with nurse looking pretty sane and friendly. Judging by schoolgirl ending in Infectious Mansion 2, it might be just that protag has a zombie vision now and everyone looks more human to her, but just imagining zombie nurse bestowing protag with her cap with a groan is adorable.
