Revenge’s Resilience

In Revenge’s Resilience, players become a man seeking revenge after a betrayal. They must use their wit and charm to conquer those around them, making them willing harbingers of revenge. Along the way, they'll be captivated by the stories and allure of voluptuous women. Can they achieve revenge while simultaneously mending their own soul and building a better life with them? The game is still under development and will feature more characters and high-quality plots, allowing players to fully immerse themselves in the game.

Echo Chamber Choices: Dialogue options generate "karma echoes" that resurface in later chapters, forcing you to confront twisted reinterpretations of past decisions.  

Fractured Timeline Navigation: Piece together clues from unreliable flashbacks, but linger too long in memories and risk your present-day alliances crumbling.  

Mirror Prison Puzzles: Solve abstract riddles within your mental labyrinth to reclaim stolen traits (charisma, empathy), temporarily gaining advantages at the cost of your shadow’s wrath.  

Shifting Narrative Trust: Key characters’ appearances and dialogue subtly change between playthroughs based on your paranoia level, creating uncanny valley effects.  

Experimental Soundscaping: The soundtrack warps dynamically; a ally’s theme song gains static and discordant notes as you betray them.  

Eclipse Mode: After three failed endings, unlock a meta-layer where your shadow directly addresses the player, offering deals to rewrite core story rules.  

Player Comments:

Models are fairly decent look, nothing spectacular, on par with the standard today.Renders are overall not bad.Story "idea" is good and fine, but put together by duct tape and chewing gum.Writing is the worst of it, its too unbelievable and too many things to reconcile that would never happen which makes this game/VN fail miserably.Typos galore, a bunch all over the place.Music is dull and there are no other sounds, ambient or otherwise.Another game with one choice boxes, why have the option if there is only one choices, sheesh!.

Hi dev/s, 2 questions, since there are 5 people working on this project, what kind of content/tags/kinks/fetishes can we expect?And will the kinks/fetishes going to be avoidable (they don't happen in the story according to player choice), skippable (they happen in the story but the player doesn't see the scene),forced by plot?

If you guys need to ask, just wait a few years until it's completed then come back and see. Plans change too often in that time frame to believe any answer told to you this early if you deem it really that important, esp with 5 people working on it. Hell 80% of the time an AVN doesn't even get finished.

Developer Notes:

We are five computer science students working on “Revenge’s Resilience”—our very first project. With no prior experience, we’re learning as we go, driven by our passion for this genre. While the game has its flaws, we’re constantly improving.

We plan to introduce new characters and story routes to make the game even more engaging. While our current hardware limits quality, you’ll see gradual improvements as we progress. Our first goal is to build a better setup to enhance the game further.
