I think the most ingenious part of this story is that the protagonist of *Lineage or Legacy* tries to live his own life. However, money and his past comfortable life still hold a huge allure for him. So far, I don't know much about the protagonist's main storyline, nor do I know if he will eventually return to the family or choose to venture out on his own. Most of what I experienced focused on getting to know the various romantic partners. In my experience, once you choose a route, you have to replay it repeatedly. I really liked that each main female character (or I guess "main female character") has their own introductory scene, allowing us to learn more about them.

Its gameplay is similar to typical adult adventure games: you click on different areas on the map, talk to characters, and decide what to say and do. The game does have an attribute system that changes as you progress, but frankly, it seems more like a decoration for now. This isn't a harem game; from what I've observed, once you pair up with a girl, your relationship lasts until the game changes. This means you might need to create multiple save files to switch girls if you don't like them.

Difficult Choices
