Changelog:

Since Our Life: Now & Forever isn't going to hit the original release time frame of Fall 2025, the demo updates are gonna be different going forward. Typically, we'd make little updates to round out what's in the demo better while still keeping it (somewhat) demo-sized. Now though, we're going over the top. We want to use the demo to give our players something fun to spend their time on! If that makes it a confusingly long demo, that's alright.

The next demo update will happen Fall 2025 instead! And why it will take that long is because it will include all of this:

The Step 1 Moment "Fancy Fun"

The rest of the Step 2 prologue (it's the length of two Moments)

The Step 2 Moment "Assistance"

That is four times larger than a typical demo update and a ridiculous 110,000 words of new content. Also, this is in addition to what's already there, so in total we'll have a demo with two full prologues and four entire Moments. That's pretty much as major as releasing the entire base version of Step 1, but instead that word count amount is split between Step 1 and Step 2 content.

We're hard at work getting more and more programming/writing done each month. Step 1 is so close to being finished, but it'll take a while to make major progress into Step 2 being playable. I'm looking forward to when we can share a bigger picture of the OL2 experience with everybody

This is truly adorable and cute.I’ve already done multiple play throughs seeing the different dialogs and out comes from the different choices you can make.Honestly, I can't wait for the full version to be released. (even though it might consume all my time haha).Also Tamarack is a adorable cinnamon roll that shall be protected.

This is SOOO cute!! I just finished the first game and thought there was no way it could be topped but this is just as adorable and I love the added features like getting a little bit of say in "matching" our mom. (As an adopted kid myself it would always get under my skin to not "match" my parents, and in games when the player character doesn't match their parents due to my customizing I'm always like "AH CURSED TO BE THE OUTLIER" lmao loved this in the game and also how it's handled on the chance you DON'T match. Opal is an awesome mom and I love how she handles it with grace. )All the characters are SO CUTE, Qiu and Tamarack are adorable and I'm delighted to throw my mc kid in the midst of them. Tamarack being a little hug seeking missile is the cutest thing ever, and I love how confident Qiu is. They really are such fun little kids in Stage One. Also though the artists behind this game are on another level because EVERYTHING is so pretty! The scenery art is wonderful and the autumn vibes are absolutely incredible. 

This is my first time commenting here. But I saw everyone showing off their beautiful characters and gorgeous artwork, and I wanted to join in! I want to show you my OC and tell you a little about her. First of all, I want to clarify that English is not my native language. I'm working hard to learn it so I can enjoy this game and interact with this kind and lovely community.So, let me introduce you to my OC! Her name is Eleonor Sofia Martinez (although her nickname is Leo or Sofi), she was born in a small country in South America, and as a child in an unknown country for her, she has developed a difficulty relating to social environments, language barriers (since she doesn't know much English) represent a challenge for her and thanks to this she is a little shy, even having trouble talking to other children. In the second step, thanks to Tamarack and Qiu, she manages to be a little more outgoing, I plan that in each step she will overcome the challenges of being a Latina kid in a foreign and new country for her!She likes to go to the forest to draw the landscapes and animals she finds. She enjoys the tranquility of nature. She likes candy, art, animals, the sound of rain, and playing and creating stories.
