*I wrote a review and it was deleted* So, overall. It's a great game and it's better than when it was in beta. Lots of things were added and there's not much trouble with internet. I like the way you level up and get hearts. The only trouble is the text of movies. I unlocked a movie and the dialogues are a bit tiny, for some. Edit: There's still connectivity issue. It seems very sensitive to slow connection. Even if the game works, the free rewards doesn't register if the network is slow. I got a hard time opening and closing the app because of it. Edit: There's no cloud save.

Really fun and the graphics are great! i really like how the staff faces are of different cultures and hair textures! The only thing I don't like (and it could be my signal) is that it loads slow. It could be because its trying to pull up those cute little graphics too. Also, i wish the patients that we work on are not just white UPDATE: 9/23/21 I want to edit that I had stop playing the game for a while for other reasons. However, I did see some brown skin lol Thank You!

I like it. I used to play all the time but when i went to install and play the game again waited for over an hour for it to load & it never did. Connection is fine & etc. So that needs to be foxed pronto. & I do wish the level progression would go a bit faster after a certain level, but cant be the best hospital with only a few surgeries

love the game and i join Facebook the tips and tricks Community is phenomenal always willing to help. and the customer support is always fantastic quick replies and very helpful. I've seen multiplcomplains about having to purchase and spend money I have yet to spend money I'm doing great in the game you just have to play it. very addictive and enjoyable. and there's only one ad that pops up and it's not very often. I've been playing for four months. love love love the game and not a dollar spent.
