Rebel Duet is a fantasy isekai where the characters eat only fruit and I guess eggs hypothetically once.In all seriousness though, it's a pretty standard fantasy VN. MC gets yeeted to a medieval fantasy world by a succubus in order to help her out, in every meaning of the word. Fortunately we aren't living in the horrid realm of will-they won't-they tension and they bang on the reg. I mean, it is an ero game.It's honestly very plot focused though, perhaps too much so. It's a very YA style story, where the characters are relentlessly pushed by the plot rather than their decisions; they're on a railroad not in a sandbox. This isn't unilaterally a bad thing, but it really makes the plot feel fated rather than chosen, especially because...The combat and magic systems are disappointingly ass-pull. While the story actually has an impressive amount of thought put into its setting and world, magic got very little. As such, what characters are capable of is basically unknown to us. The early fights were fireball throwing fests ended by narrative fiat rather than character strength or ingenuity and the most recent basically had to be explained piece by piece. It's a little disappointing because the author obviously put a lot of thought into almost everything else.Nevertheless, I liked the characters. They have strong personalities and are generally fun to watch. Naturally the girls are all absolute smokeshows, but beyond that they act consistently given their motivations. The dev gets some bonus points for excellent outfits as well. No real complaints in this regard.Narrative critique aside, the lewd portions of the game are good, but not the best I've ever seen. There's a respectable number of images to each scene and about one short animation, which definitely improved a bit as the game progressed. They are spaced reasonably throughout the story and there's a decent number all told. Given my predilections, I particularly enjoyed the exhibitionism, of which there's a decent amount for the runtime.As for the kinks, the FMC is probably a little too permissive all told. While she claims to prefer a monogamous relationship, she's got no real qualms whether you want to fuck the entire town or have her do the same. Regardless, you've got your pick on whether you want monogamy, a harem, or sharing and you generally get to choose what she does with anyone.Overall, I don't regret my time with this one. Most of my story complaints are either personal preference or nitpicking. I'll be keeping an eye on this one and could see it rise to five stars with some more strong updates.

I'm a devoted fan of the previous game, and I generally don't hold much hope for creators working on two games simultaneously because their progress tends to be slow. But when I played this game, I still loved it immensely. The visuals are exquisite, and Violet is stunning. I prefer her both with a ponytail and with straight hair. Of course, the twin-tail style is cute too, but it lacks that sensual edge, in my opinion. As for the story, I absolutely adore the slow-burn feeling and enjoy pausing to savor the dialogue. I tried to keep Violet a virgin throughout. When she first flirted with strangers in the tavern, I felt it ended at just the right moment. The first threesome with her boss felt a bit abrupt—I expected more teasing, especially since I'd saved her virginity (I imagined Violet giving him a footjob under the table first). Second, Violet always strips down to her underwear without even nice stockings or socks (maybe due to model limitations). Overall, this game is fantastic and deeply immersive, but I can't wait for more branching paths and story content. Thanks, I'll keep following your work!

The story so far has definitely hooked my interest. Nice character development not just for the MC but for the heroine as well ;) been loving this kind of swinging genre and I can tell that this game nailed it from giving enough time for the heroine to progress or have a development leading to one another too bad there's only 1 scene for now but I hope there'll be plenty more in the future...Overall I would say that I had a nice time playing the game so far in one sitting not only for the scenes but for the story / plot as well I hope the dev will continue going into the same path and possibly improve it even more!!!
