Attractive Performance

In this chaotic and wicked world, our protagonist plays a bounty hunter, using money to eliminate the city's four major criminal gangs. While the storyline itself isn't particularly deep, it perfectly serves the gameplay experience. The map style of each gang is perfectly recreated, and each time you enter a new map, you'll feel a completely different atmosphere.

In addition to paying homage to retro arcade graphics, the gameplay design is simple, mainly including shooting, melee combat, jumping, sliding, throwing, and various combinations of these actions. However, the weapon, enemy, and boss designs are all unique: boxers wielding shields, fat men with flamethrowers, drunken men piloting mechs, and each with their own distinct color schemes. It can be said that, in homage to retro arcade games, the game didn't simply simplify the gameplay, but instead compensated in other areas. Therefore, players won't feel bored or monotonous, but can fully enjoy the fight in this world of light and blood.

The game is divided into story mode and level mode. In fact, the level mode sets the boss characters based on the level mode map settings. In story mode, players can view information about the current level's boss, including map location, the boss's criminal record, criminal history, and a brief introduction. This design is very fitting for the bounty hunter theme. Both modes have checkpoints on the maps. The difference is that in story mode, players have unlimited revives, while in level mode, revives require spending coins collected on the map.

I'm really enjoying this game. The bosses can be a real challenge, even on easy! (I must admit I ended up switching down to "easy" on my first play-through). "The harder the game, the more satisfying it is to beat," said me (just now). Great audio. I love the 80s stylized bit-tunes, and the voice acting adds another layer of quality and polish. Thanks, Coffee Stain Publishing for a solid game not marred by overly aggressive or indeed any monetization. Yay!

Please consider allowing placing controls freely anywhere on the screen, including the upper corners, so that some of us can continue playing the game much easier with 4 fingers. The pixel graphics and game design are really nice. The soundtrack is the best part of this game, and the portraits of bosses changing after you beat them is a really nice touch. The only thing preventing me from purchasing the game is being unable to customize the controls however I like.

I was floored this game was available on Android. It's one of my favorite action games on PC. Now I can play it on the go, smooth as butter, on my Pixel 5 with a Razer Kishi controller attached. The buttons aren't mapped right by default, but at least you can re-map them. This is the way mobile gaming should be done! A free download trial of a fun action-packed game that runs well on the platform and can be purchased in full for a fair price. No naggy ads or microtransactions. Happy to buy.

Four factions divide the territory and fight each other, putting the lives of ordinary citizens at risk.
