Gran Ende is a story-driven casual game where players follow MCIria on a sensual adventure. To earn money, players will accept various quests in the city to explore dungeons, getting involved in various events and conspiracies along the way. Players will encounter all sorts of characters, make choices in various events to advance the plot, and have intimate interactions with different characters. Moral Choices: Negotiate with slavers masquerading as recruiters or sabotage rival explorers’ gear. Short-term gains like rare gems could lock you into dangerous alliances—or spark vengeful vendettas.  

Skill Trees for Survival: Upgrade endurance to endure poison gas attacks, or sharpshooting to disable traps from afar. A “Scavenger” trait lets you pilfer enemy corpses, while “Charmer” distracts guards with witty banter.

Naju’s Shadowy Mentorship: Your enigmatic ally Naju offers cryptic advice—follow her leads to expose corruption, or question her motives when she demands risky favors. Her loyalty shifts based on your choices.

Incident Unleashed: A routine dungeon raid spirals into chaos when a sealed entity breaks free. Fight to contain the breach, or exploit the chaos to steal forbidden artifacts that could alter the city’s power balance.

Gran Ende is a well-written and very well-thought-out RPG. It's packed with features that distinguish it from other games.Time passes on a daily basis in Gran Ende. There are three days in a week and each day consists of a morning and night portion. The time and day change each time you sleep or come back from a dungeon. Depending on which day of the week is it, the people in town will change, the merchants and their wares will change, and even dungeon puzzles will have different solutions. It's a good attempt at worldbuilding and gives the impression that you're just one person in a bigger machine.Reputation, charm, and lewdness also matter a lot in the game, as they determine which quests you can do and weapons and items you're allowed to purchase (in addition to which H-scenes you can view). The higher your reputation, the better the items you can buy. It's a clever way of negating the problem that there's only one town in the game.The dungeons are very large and most have puzzles to solve instead of being a straight bash from point A to B. The battles in are of medium difficulty and the bosses are slightly harder. You also have an optional set of superbosses to challenge yourself and you get some nice equipment if you win.Many of the H-scenes come from prostitution and wandering into the appropriate areas in town when your reputation, charm, and lewdness reach certain levels. There are no defeat scenes and each H-scene only has one version no matter how low or high your lewdness levels are.This is a really impressive first game from Hiwatari Honpo, with a nice story and lots of little details that combine to give an enjoyable experience. I hope their next game will be just as good or even better.

This game is recommended for first-time erotic RPG players. The full version features seven dungeons and 33 erotic events (30 of which can be viewed in flashbacks). Each erotic event features one or two original CGs, with no reuse. Players progress through events with seven or eight characters, excluding prostitution and pink salons, in stages. While the game lacks particularly innovative mechanics, it's well-balanced and well-thought-out, using only familiar elements. Effective attacks vary depending on the enemy, from weapon attacks to magic attacks and status effect spells. While leveling up and attacking with physical attacks is an option, there's more than one effective method, allowing players to enjoy a variety of playstyles even at low levels. Defeating enemies only pays a day's lodging, but they drop cash items, recovery items, and occasionally rare weapons. By defeating enemies, you can earn rewards for defeating them and gain fame points. Accumulating fame points allows you to stay at a nice inn at your base, acquire better equipment, and work at a high-end brothel. It's fun to watch your character's fame gradually increase, going from a novice to a renowned, accomplished adventurer. Also, watching erotic events can sometimes give you an advantage in your adventure. A heart-shaped speech bubble is the marker, and if the event conditions aren't met, the game will helpfully explain the exact conditions for the event to occur. All erotic events are from the protagonist's perspective, but there are no scenes where the protagonist desires them of their own volition; they are divided into two categories: "reluctantly offering her body as payment" and "being raped." The graphics are impressive, with 34 original illustrations and variations, making for a satisfying viewing experience. However, it's a bit disappointing that there's no CG-only viewing mode.
