I found a lot of qualities in the game, but too many things bothered me. First, the sandbox aspect — it's too anecdotal, with no real freedom. I got the game for that theme, but quickly realized that it wasn't where the focus was. Some parts — and I read everything — felt too heavy, not essential, and slowed down the pacing of the narrative. I considered skipping ahead several times.But what kept me in the game? Yes, the beautiful models — that's important. And the story potentially has something good going on. It’s not original, since we’ve seen it in many games, movies, or comics, but certain philosophical and fatalistic lines give the writing strength. That is, if you overlook some of the more superficial dialogue that talks about topics we don’t really care about and that don’t always serve the plot.It’s hard to judge the personality of the MC, because this “dual side” is present, but it would deserve more depth. It’s only two chapters, and you can tell some things are being held back to be revealed later — but for now, it feels too easy...I think I missed a lot of X scenes, judging by the gallery, because the choices we make aren’t clear, and that opens a debate about the direction of both the narrative and the character. It's a shame... the X content also feels like it's just there because it's an AVN, but if you remove it, for now, it doesn't change much. On the other hand, it adds a realistic touch that enhances immersion, so I get why it’s done that way.Projects like this should be encouraged, and even if I would’ve preferred a real sandbox, more freedom, and maybe fewer “thoughts” from the characters — that’s a very personal opinion and doesn’t take away from the experience being offered. It’s decent. I’ve seen much worse lately...

On My Way Home has turned into one of my favorite VNs mostly because of the character relationships. Good character relationships and characters that make you want to give a shit about them are by far the most important thing to me in a good AVN and the relationships in On My Way Home, particularly the relationship with Vania, have been really enjoyable so far.Other than that, it is an overall well made VN. The posing is great, the camera angles are great, and the render quality is above average. The sex scenes are well made custom animations.There are only a handful of VNs that I really can't wait to see where the next update goes, and this is definitely one of them.

I like the story but its a bit to much of a slowburn, MC has some kind of a rage superpower thing, but so far you havent seen much of it and story has barely got started even with game being 2+ years old now, same for sex scenes its alot of handjobs/BJs but no real sex with 99% of the girls other then Melissa he hasent fucked a single one....was close with Vania but thats about it.MC also took pills for hes condition but it still hasent been explained as to what the pills to or why he has memory issue, hes uncle seems to know but never told him anything, not even when he moves out so if the uncle knows he should know the danger of not taking pills so not coming clean wouldent make sense.Then theres the hole dream fantasi thing which dosent really fit into the story at all, guessing its about the story hes friend told him about with a island of only girls, but i dunno i feel its a bit of wasted time and it isent really needed for the main story where the work would be put to better use.Girls is cute enough but there isent much diversity in builds, its mostly big tits not huge well one is but main focus is big, i would like to have seen a bit more diversity since i am not into big tits at all, they are just a turn-off to me personaly, so far theres only 2 LIs with smaller tits where Zoe is really the only one worth going for since Ashley is in a lesbian relationship? with Melissa i think but those two dosent make much sense since one fucks you other one says "she wouldent like it" if she fucked him, just anoter thing that needs to be explained better and faster to help people know if one of them are worth going for.....
