Student Transfer is a casual game driven by story and player choices. Players take on the role of John Davis, who is unexpectedly drawn into supernatural events. Characters of Student Transfer:

John Davis: John is the main character of this story. An all-around average guy, though he has a few surprises hidden up his sleeve, such as an alien device or magical heritage. He would rather spend most of his time playing video games instead of studying. Surprisingly good at speaking different languages and making new friends.John Davis is the main protagonist of Student Transfer. He is an average high school student who attends Tina Koya High.His life is flipped upside down when he is suddenly gifted with either an alien device with the power to alter the minds and bodies of people, or an magic spell book written by his ancestors.John is a calm and laid-back person, often indifferent to what happens around him. A running gag in Student Transfer is his crippling laziness and ordinariness. Despite this, John is also kind-hearted and friendly to others, and at times stands up for the people he cares about. He cares deeply for his family, friends, and others close to him. His friend group includes Kiyoshi, Katrina, and Kyoko.

Katrina Morgan: One of John's close friends since the beginning of high school. Although she was without friends at the time, she now regularly hangs out with John's circle as well as her D&D group. She's very fun-loving and likes to joke around, but sometimes her jokes go a little too far. She seems to really dislike Sayaka for some reason.Katrina Morgan is a major supporting character in Student Transfer. She is one of John's best friends, and is heavily implied to have a crush on him, which John is completely unaware of. There are a handful of routes where she serves as a love interest to John. She is a main character in Sitcom and The Bet.Her childish nature is evident in her frequent playful banter and teasing with her friends, often instigating friendly competitions and bets. She is fiercely loyal and protective of her friends, demonstrating unwavering support and always ready to defend them, both physically and verbally. However, her impulsiveness often leads her to act without fully considering the consequences. Katrina's tomboyish nature is evident in her lack of interest in traditionally feminine interests.

Kyoko Hano: John's childhood friend. The two of them are still very close. She shares many interests with Kiyoshi, and is the one who introduced him to John. Recently she seems to be having problems with some of the other girls at school.Kyoko Hano is a major supporting character in Student Transfer. She is one of John's best friends, and the two have been friends since childhood. She is a main character of the Kyoko Mistake route and the Antics route. Kyoko is also a significant character in The Bet route as well as making appearances in other various routes.Kyoko is a strong believer in aliens and the paranormal. She is very analytical and is always looking for ways to improve her knowledge. She is also a bit of a loner and doesn't have many friends. She is, however, very close to her childhood friend, John, and is always happy to spend time with him. She is also shown to be very loyal and protective of her friends. She is shown to be a bit of a tomboy and doesn't care much about her appearance. She is also shown to be a bit of a nerd and is very passionate about her interests.

Yui Yamashita: President of the Student Council. She takes her position very seriously and is very strict in following the rules and policing others to do the same. She and John were actually childhood friends die to their mothers' friendship, but drifted apart in teenhood.Yui Yamashita is a supporting character in Student Transfer. She is John's childhood friend. She is the student council president, and is known for being strict and by-the-book. She is the deuteragonist of the Monitor route and the Yui Possession route. She is a main character in Sitcom.Yui is a complex and multifaceted character with a range of personality traits that shape her interactions and motivations throughout the story. At her core, Yui is a stickler for rules and order, embodying the quintessential good girl persona. She is responsible, studious, and takes her role as the Student Council president very seriously. Super fun and the many paths really make the game more interesting it seems theres lots to do and I hope they keep this up I look forward to it's development it definitely has a lot of potential already worth 5 stars.

The length of this visual novel is absolutely astounding, and the quality of the writing really pulls you into the various branching stories. While it is true that quite a few paths are under construction, that could mean that the game isn't even halfway finished yet. I do hope that at some point somebody is able to make a walkthrough mod for this game. As large as the game is it could certainly use one.

Always love a VN with an MC of the most basic of molds that, while still being fairly basic, has some degree of personality and depth to them like John does here.Really, that goes for every character. They have their base personality traits, but even the most minor of characters have some modicum of nuance.Really solid character work here. Not going to talk about the stories of the routes in depth, but most are really engaging and the characters somehow are fairly consistent despite the bevy of writers working separately on each path.

Followed the game many years now, and improves slowly each version. Included main game is high quality, but most of the play hours are in the user created scenario's, and a couple of the best are prepackaged in the download (click scenario to see them, and also the tutorial for creating your own.... which is done in VN kinetic novel format, because of course it is. That said the one hazard is unless you use a branch map, you WILL hit "work in progress" dead ends, just don't be disheartened and assume there is limited content, some branches go longer than entire other games.

Using these catalysts, Student Transfer seeks to explore the themes of swapping bodies or minds, possessing other people and gender bending them (or yourself).
