I'm surprised. I'm a fan of MTG and Hearthstone and was looking for a casual distraction-- this is a pretty fun romp that scratched a deck building itch. You're looking at a Hearthstone clone that has some wonky card balance issues with a few bugs that feel like it should be early release. That being said, the game is surprisingly rewarding for a deck builder (there are some opponents you'll play with over the top player abilities) in a game that play like Unhinged. Being able to drop an Emerald Dragon on Turn 1 (immune to kill spell swinger with a big back end) is AWFUL for a multiplayer game but in single? You're being encouraged to build absolutely broken decks that would get you banned from a tournament.

To everyone going through puberty, my review won’t be very long, since I didn’t play this game for very long. At that time I was too lazy to really play anything, which is why I spent so little time with it. But for the visuals and the gameplay, I’m ready to shake the developers’ hands. I’ve watched plenty of reviews, and honestly, I saw very few negative ones - though there were some. I recommend checking the game out, and if this kind of game feels unpleasant to you, just skip it. Maybe you simply didn’t understand the mechanics, or it’s just not your genre.
