Fantastic Performance of one night hot springs

This game doesn't pretend that transgender women don't face challenges. In the game, Haru encounters some issues regarding using her old name and some inappropriate questions; for example, Erika, despite her efforts, asks some uncomfortable questions without fully realizing that these questions are wrong. On the way to one ending, Haru candidly discusses Erika's experiences, including being forced to wear the wrong school uniform in high school and being unable to legally change her identity due to legal reasons. Her discomfort is represented by a heart-shaped counter in the corner of the screen; if the counter is empty, she cannot make certain choices—which is perfectly understandable.

In terms of transphobia, this game is more somber than its predecessor. While searching for hot springs, Erika is bluntly told by almost every one that they refuse to serve transgender women; in the previous game, hot springs themselves were out of step with this reality. The story even mentions that just a few months earlier, the Japanese Supreme Court upheld a ruling that transgender people must undergo sterilization to gain legal recognition. If the previous game wasn't obvious enough, all these events cause Haru to become anxious and withdrawn, feeling like a burden to those trying to help her.

the game is very cute and fun and is easy to play. it is also pretty short so you can pick it up and put it down. the art, music, writing, and characters were astounding. some of the endings made me sad, though :/ I wish I could buy "A YEAR OF SPRINGS" but I don’t have money ToT

Best game ever. Really faithful to how being a transgender can feel. It is very emotional, especially to someone who went through similar experiences. I think everyone should play it once, since it also helps to raise awareness towards the LGBT community. Totally recommend it.

The storyline was meaningful. BGMs were relaxing, art and graphics were cute, and it's easy to control. No intrusive ads and definitely not p2w game. Basically you have to choose and the end of story based on your choice. I was so curious, so I tried to get all endings tho. At first I had no idea what kind of story it is, but it came up being good story. It made me quite understand their internal conflict and how they try to deal with it. Thanks, dev.
