In Annika's Breakout, players take on the role of Annika, embarking on a journey to rescue her kidnapped sister. As the game progresses, you'll experience an original storyline where Annika allies with fellow inmates and uncovers dark secrets while racing against time. Furthermore, dialogue choices and the discovery of hidden items will affect the level of trust between characters, and every choice you make will influence the game's ending.

Finally the long awaited update is here, even solved some extra bugs after release!

New enemy added: Infected Inmate, She attacks with tentacles, jump or parry to counter. Just don’t get caught!

Chests and some random drops were removed replaced by a new store system with a dedicated NPC

Added a ranged ability to take out enemies from a distance. Some enemies resist it, others can block it and can even reflect it back at you.

Reworked the parry and energy systems. You now have a limited number of hits you can take before getting stunned, you can also avoid some attacks by just jumping them!

I also updated the prison’s aesthetics and character designs to better match the new direction the game is taking (≧ ≦)

Developer Notes:

In this first demo I included the base for character customization, with stats and appareance changing depending on gear and current state in all scenes. Remenber to check the state panel too to see how Annika is doing Any bugs you find please report them here and check my networks!
