Still perfect after all these years. I played the original—it was gold. The sequel? Even better. It plays like a console-quality game right on your phone. It’s one of the few games where spending real money is completely optional—though you do still have to wait long periods for items to craft (which is where the in-game gold currency comes into play). But personally, I just take that as a sign to take a break and go do something outdoors. The bundles are great, too! Some are a bit pricey, but most offer very fair value.

I really like this game, but once I hit Level 30, I suddenly couldn't log in anymore. I'm pretty bummed because I've invested a lot of time and progress into it, and now I can't play. I sent an email to the developers, and they said they'd try to fix the issue, though it might take a little time due to the holiday weekend. I'll keep you all posted. — [Update: 6/25] I just added a fifth star to my rating for this game! I'm editing this review now to say that this is officially my all-time favorite game!

I haven't made any purchases yet, and I've had the game for about a month now. But wow—this is one AWESOME zombie-slaying game!!! The weapons just keep getting better and better. And even though those "living dead" coming at you from around every corner—crawling out of every nook and cranny—keep getting faster and nastier, it just keeps me even more hooked on the game. I'll be playing this one for a very long time! Bad to the zombie bone!!!
