Door Kickers: Action Squad is a side-scrolling action-adventure game where players become SWAT team members facing terrorists hiding behind buildings. Players must skillfully use different weapons, kick down doors, and accurately shoot down enemies to successfully complete levels. The game features six playable characters and over 60 weapons and equipment for players to choose from, each with unique skills and characteristics. Choosing the right character for the right level type makes progress easier. The game also supports an endless mode, where players must survive as long as possible while facing endless waves of terrorists, carrying equipment and medical supplies.

Many challenges are waiting: As I introduced in the previous part that the player has to break the door, you can’t know what’s in front of you. Always be ready to fight, the level will gradually increase from easy to difficult. The deeper you go, the more formidable opponents you will encounter. Each opponent has a different fighting style, capture and quickly destroy them. If you are holding a flamethrower in your hand, it is difficult for any enemy to stop you. But this is a weapon that is difficult to possess and can be harmful to even those who need it.

Useful Tips:

Shooting snitches to get them to stop. (use a weak weapon).

Explosive barrels can open locked doors.

Dogs move the fastest out of any enemy and will bark when alerted.

Breacher is the best class for “clear hostiles” missions as there are 0 hostages. No risk of collateral damage!

You can jump over the bullet from the HP Rifle enemy before it reaches you. This requires good timing though! As soon as you see the green laser sight, jump up!

In order to make an enemy drop a human – shield, simply move back and they will drop them in order to pursue you. Seems a bit dumb if you ask me!

Suicide-Bombers can damage other enemies and will blow up from other explosive sources.

Detonator dudes have a chance to stay alive once they have been shot enough. They will lie on their stomach with their finger on the trigger still, keep an eye on these enemies!

If your strategy bar is maxed out and you dont need anything immediately, place a medkit somewhere in the level that you are likely to revisit. You never know when you might need some extra HP!

The armoured enemies will follow you if you go through a door that leads up or down. You can use this to gain the advantage on your opponent and even lead them into a trap!

If you die but come back to life via the extra life powerup, you will still lose the 3 star rating.

This is simply amazing. Great music. I love it and can't get enough of it. So glad I randomly found it.Great features for choosing how to begin each level. If you like Mark of the Ninja, and 2D scrolling, maybe Invisible Inc, I would imagine you would like this. Though this isn't stealth. There's actually a lot to like here. Choosing the character type to suit the level, choosing gear, choosing how to deploy it, trying to stay one step ahead of the bad guys, just a lot of simple fun with some tactical skill for efficiently rescuing loads of ladies ;)Runs great, and very definitely should have a Pt 2.

Very nice little game. It's just casual fun, no real profound message or a revolution to the industry - just some old school gaming. Played for a VEEEEERY long time both on android and on my brother's account, around 150 hours combined. I'd buy it, it's very nice fun with friends and mastering each character is really fun. If i had to guess, the hardest one is Shield, and my favourite is Recon. I got every star on every mission, including the challenges - it was all worth it. I love playing like an american and british police officer!

I tend to be positive towards 2d games because they're simpler and often have more effort put into presentation and atmosphere, and this game absolutely does this well. The 1980s cop-show-thingy tone of the entire game is fantastic, and even watching videos of it make it look good.Do not take my aesthetic-based praise to mean that this game isn't fun or interesting on a gameplay level, though. This game is extremely fun given the complexity of its enemies and how they interact with the player, my absolute favorite being the armored enemies which have a secondary "armor" bar that can be negated via specific anti-armor weapons with their own interesting tradeoffs compared to the non-armor piercing weapons. The character roster has a ton of variety too, between relatively simple characters like the Assaulter and Off Duty Guy and characters like the Breacher who has stupid damage output and health at the cost of everything else or the Shield (my personal favorite) who is so durable that she can completely negate point-blank suicide bombings. As well, levels like Flying High, Doomsday Train, and Secret Stronghold are all incredibly fun, and even with them being standouts the rest of the levels are still great. Really, the only thing that holds it back is a lack of a real story, though a story is nowhere near required for a game like this, and I'm glad they chose to ignore the story instead of adding one that might have sucked and seriously dragged down the experience.All together, it has a wonderful aesthetic, amazing gameplay, is fun with friends (yes this game has co-op and it's good), why haven't you bought it yet?

Players who enjoy gangster shooters and pixel style should try this game. It is a level-based shooter where rescuing hostages earns star ratings. Six unique professions offer distinct abilities. Unlock items by advancing through levels and collecting stars; each character unlocks individually. Completing levels grants talent points for character upgrades.
