Royal Switch is a story-driven casual game where a princess and a peasant woman accidentally switch identities. Faced with vastly different identities and responsibilities, what sparks will fly between them? They will encounter various story events and characters. Make your choices to help the princess escape the moral constraints and achieve true freedom, while preventing the peasant woman from becoming a pawn in the hands of the powerful. As the game progresses, they will meet and develop wonderful emotional bonds, unlocking corresponding intimate scenes and animations. Story of Royal Switch:

A Princess. She has spent her life in a palace. They call her sheltered, spoiled, a brat…unfit to rule. She finds herself adrift and alone in the world, held captive by a ruthless gang of thieves who wish to use her to gain power.  Will she escape their clutches? Will she learn to empathize with those who are powerless? Will she come to appreciate the freedom that comes with surrendering control?

A Peasant. She has spent her life on the streets. A runt…useless…she is a petty thief on the run from her murderous father. Suddenly, she finds herself the figurehead of a nation in turmoil. Will she learn to overcome a lifetime of fear so that she can take control of her future? Or will she become a pawn to the kingdom’s power brokers?

Royal Switch is an adult visual novel based loosely on the Prince and the Pauper. Two women from very different worlds, born the same day and identical in almost every way, find themselves far out of their element.

Found this already at v0.14 and played the whole thing in like 3 (long) evenings, had an absolute blast, there's a lot of content here already.Absolutely love the game, esp. the exhibitionism/nude in public/sexy clothing in public content, CRAVE for more now lol...Fun story, actual world building, character development... all in all, it's shockingly good compared to 99% of the crap im used to play here.The only negative, once you hit the end of the (decently sized) content currently available, you're in for a long wait till the next update... /sadpanda.

Okay wow, this game really surprised me. I had been sleeping on it, but I binged the whole thing over the last couple of nights and now I’m completely hooked. I went in expecting a typical “adult visual novel” with a thin plot holding a few scenes together, but Royal Switch actually has a story. Real character development, immersive world-building, and a narrative that pulled me in far more than I expected.The game takes the classic Prince and the Pauper concept and flips it with two badass female leads, diving deep into corruption, intrigue, and slow-burn tension. It’s a visual novel, so yes, there’s a lot of reading, but the story is absolutely worth it. It keeps the familiar Prince and the Pauper vibe while adding a far more adult and intricate twist, making me genuinely invested in where these characters’ paths would go.

Really well done visual novel playing off the Prince and the Pauper story and in this case the Princess and the Pauper finding themselves being groomed/corrupted/trained into sexual adventures. The Princess appears to be heading toward BDSM submissive and the Pauper to exhibitionism (so far). A cast of supporting characters help them on their way with plenty of sex scenes and a variety of kinks. I enjoyed the renders and animations as well so all in all top marks. Ignore the trolls, this is fun.
