Cuphead Mobile is a beloved side-scrolling action-shooter where players control the adorable Cuphead on a journey to explore a fantasy world. Modes of Cuphead Mobile:

Cuphead Expert Mode: Cuphead Expert Mode is the highest difficulty in Cuphead. It unlocks after completing the game on Regular Mode. Bosses become tougher with more health, extra enemies, and altered attack patterns. Completing bosses on Expert Mode rewards S-Ranks and special gold or S-marked flags. In The Delicious Last Course, Expert Mode unlocks after defeating all DLC bosses on Regular difficulty.

Cuphead Two-Strip Mode: Cuphead Two-Strip Mode is a visual filter inspired by early Technicolor animation. It changes how colors appear, making parry objects harder to recognize. This mode unlocks after defeating 15 bosses with an A- rank or higher on Regular Mode and speaking to Silverworth on Inkwell Isle Three.

Cuphead Black & White Mode: This mode removes all color from the game, mimicking early black-and-white cartoons. Gameplay becomes more challenging because visual cues are harder to spot. It unlocks by completing all Run ’n Gun levels without defeating any enemies, earning a “P” rank, and then talking to Tully.

Don't Skip the Run & Gun Levels: While Cuphead only needs to kill the bosses to advance the game, partaking in the side scrolling levels will allow you to collect five coins per level (two levels per world). These coins can be used at Porkrind's Emporium to buy new guns and skills, which are called charms.

No Kill Run & Gun Levels: You don't have to kill anything in the six non-boss levels. You can safely make it through each level without firing a shot, but you'll need Smoke Bomb to make it easier. Beating all 6 Run & Gun levels will give unlock a special olde tymey mode!

Equip two guns: Cuphead starts out with a little gun called "peashooter." It's called that for a reason. After spending your coins at Porkrind's Emporium, Hit Y on the Xbox controller on the map screen to adjust your loadout. If you are stuck on a boss, try shaking up your weapons.

Map Your Gun to a Trigger: If you map your gunfire to a trigger you'll have more freedom to jump and hit the other face buttons without every letting up on your stream of fire.

Spend those Coins: At Porkrind's Emporium, there are six different guns that vary in power, range, and speed. Combined with the charms that provide skills like an invincibility dodge or extra hearts.

Player Comments of Cuphead Mobile:

Gameplay-wise, it reminds me quite a bit of 8 and 16-bit era platformers like Contra and Super Contra, Gunstar Heroes, or a sped-up Mega Man. The only way to win is to practice, and learn, and get better. Learn how the bosses move, learn when you're safe to move, and learn the entire sequence of the boss battle. It's difficult but very compelling -- you want to try again right away, because, ah ha, now I figured out his pattern! But the boss stages have multiple "waves," so you don't learn their one trick and it's over. You have to remember the tricks to each wave of the boss stage. It's the perfect balance between challenging and frustrating. You can do it, you'll just have a good number of fun, failed attempts along the way.

A masterpiece, Cuphead is easily one of the most memorable games I’ve played, it’s incredibly fun, visually stunning, and brutally challenging in the best way. its art style, boss fights, and soundtrack come together perfectly, every moment feels unique and rewarding, even after countless retries. There’s not much else to add, just the pride (and pain) of someone who achieved everything the game has to offer.

I love this game, it's somewhat difficult and frustrating but that's also what makes it so satisfying. I've played it with friends and by myself, and both were a lot of fun. Solo, it feels like a real challenge where you're constantly trying to improve to get the S ranks. With friends, it turns into this chaotic, hilarious experience where you're both struggling through bosses together (and it's perfect to ragebait your friends). Either way, I had a blast with it. I'd definitely recommend it.

love this game. even when you're going for expert s ranks, the game still kicks your ass even when you think you already won. my sole gripe is how the dlc stages are heavily catered towards ms chalice, making it a lot harder if you're only playing as cuphead. call it a skill issue if you want, but im saying this with all of inkwell isle 1 and 2 S ranked pre-dlc.

Cuphead Mobile allows players to explore a wide variety of musical genres. The battle would be more thrilling and exciting if the game screen featured more music. You can also adjust the volume loud or small according to your passion and preferences.The “Simple” mode, while it lowers the health of each boss by a considerable amount, and makes the game easier for beginners, is not the best option. It removes many boss attack types, and even whole phases, and doesn’t reward you with soul contracts when you defeat the bosses. This means that you can’t progress to later stages and finish the game. It’s a good way to learn how to parry and change weapons in Cuphead. But you should move on to the regular difficulty as quickly as possible to avoid missing out on the appeal of the game.
