Plots of AVP Evolution:

In the undergrounds of a Predator temple on LV-412, Super Predators are seen struggling with an Alien Queen. One of them gets headbitten until the Berserker Super Predator end the fight by incapacitating her with his plasmacaster. Out of desperation the Queen called for Drones to protect her but they were quickly slaughtered, in the end the Queen was captured by the Super Predators and their plan to control them can began. To test their newly controlled Xenomorph, the Berserker thrown a captured Jungle Hunter Predator in the Temple Arena, however as things didn't go as he thought, the Berserker entered the arena. Despite fighting bravely, the Jungle Hunter was overpowered by the massive Predator and was beheaded just after sending a distress signal to his Clan Leader.

In a Weyland-Yutani research facility, an untainted captive Facehugger managed to break free from its stasis tube. After impregnating a scientist, the newborn Chestburster escaped into an airduct to mature. On their side the Jungle Hunter Clan dispatched a Young Blood Warrior to deal with the Super Predator clan on LV-412, however when arrived in orbit the scout ship is shot down by Super Predators and the Warrior was forced to evacuate his ship, only having time to grab his wristblades before reaching the escape pod. The warrior's escape pod crashed near a Marine research facility and while the Yautja fought his way through the base's defenses, killing several Marines and Combat androids, the now fully grown Drone began his quest to save his Hive and his Queen. He indiscriminately slaughtered everyone crossing his path and created a major security breach by freeing facehuggers and drones until penetrating deeper in the facility when the warrior breached the facility.

While the Drone proceeded deeply in the facility and reached a ventilation shaft leading to the sewers after being assaulted by Marine dropship, the Warrior raided the research center looking for Yautja technologies gathered by Weyland-Yutani scientists to compensate the equipment he lost when his ship crashed and retrieve a armor, a plasmacaster and a Bio-helmet. With his equipment complete the Yautja proceeded through the research facility but was caught by surprise by a power shortage caused by the Xenomorph, he managed to leave the base and stumble on a Praetorian that he slayed not without difficulty. Advancing on his quest the Drone was forced to take down an APC, several Super Predators, controlled Xenomorphs and a powerloader until reaching a tunnel leading to the hive. The Predator managed to locate parts of his crashed ship, reached the cockpit, and downloaded the Temple's location before activating the ship's self-destruct system.

Once inside the Temple, both creatures pursued their quest while slaughtering Super Predators and controlled-Xenomorphs, the Drone was the first to reach the Temple Arena and engage his ultimate foe, the Berserker that tainted his species, and engaged the massive Predator. After a fierce fight against the Super Predator the drone overpowered his nemesis and finished him with a facehugger freeing his species from enslavement, however the victory was short-lived as on his side the young Warrior reached the Temple's hive and exterminate the Queen ending once and for all the Super Predator plan to control Xenomorph. While the Predator returned victorious to his ship, in the arena the still alive but weakened Berserker got his chest bursted by the unique Berserker Xenomorph.

Player Comments of AVP Evolution:

When the makers of Alien vs. Predator: Evolution saw the negative press and subsequent fallout regarding Aliens: Colonial Marines, they must have laughed. I imagine them bellowing obnoxiously, roaring their gleeful approval that no matter what their game will be like, there’s no way it could be considered anywhere near as bad. Sadly, these hypothetical developers are wholly mistaken. Evolution is ironically titled, as backward and inefficient as it is. It manages to do the seemingly impossible and rival Colonial Marines in its awfulness. Just when Aliens fans thought things could only get better, along comes Angry Mob Games to demonstrate that, no, the franchise isn’t done being pissed on yet.

AvP: Evolution is a fairly unremarkable beat ’em up at its core, giving players a Xenomorph and a Predator with which to carve slices out of human soldiers and, occasionally, each other. Its campaign regularly swaps out the two alien creatures, with short and simple missions that usually involve clearing several rooms of enemies and moving on.

Combat is a simplistic affair, consisting of unremarkable combos chained together by virtual button taps, and executions carried out on weakened enemies through fundamental quick-time-event sequences (basically just swiping the screen). As a Xenomorph, players strike with claws and tail, while the Predator gets to use blades and ranged weaponry. As each character earns points, it can unlock new body or armor parts to enhance attributes, and a few new abilities such as counter attacks or temporary “rage” statuses.

As you may expect, the level system allows Evolution to make liberal use of in-app purchases, allowing you to trade real-world money for more Xeno or Honor points. Fortunately, the campaign and side missions can be used to farm these points for free, and doing so isn’t that huge of a grind. Nevertheless, the game does what it can to entice you with microtransactions — not that it could ever be considered good enough to come close to tempting.

AVP: Evolution

Conclusion:

The game of shaped, Jagged warrior role can be upgraded to strengthen their own to create their own "ultimate kill device." The game uses the Unity graphics engine, the screen details are very clear, is a worth looking forward to the action game.
