Regarding lesbian content: 

It's unavoidable. I know some people dislike lesbian content, so I've chosen to be frank.

However, if lesbian content appears in the game, the protagonist will explicitly consent, and it will only be within the harem.

Before the protagonist explicitly states it (he will reveal it later in the game), there will be no lesbian behavior behind his back, so there will be no lesbian NTR (Netorare) content.

There isn't much of this in the first chapter, but there will be a lot in the second chapter (lesbian group sex).
