Study the Moves: The Movelist in the Settings section offers you the complete study of moves using the controls of the joystick and the punch and kick icons. You need to be aware of the moves that can be used in different citations to tackle the attacks of the enemies. You must go through the Movelist precisely to figure out some of the common and effective moves that you can use against your opponents in fights using the combination of controls.

Select the Shades Carefully: As you complete each stage of a chapter during the fight, you need to select a shade among the three options provided to you. After selecting your desired shade card, your next stage will begin and the powers of the card you have selected are implemented in your current stage. Each of the cards holds different powers in fields of attack, damage, defense, or healing. It is up to you to select the most appropriate shade that works in your favor in combats.

Upgrade your Equipment: Shadow, your character, has a few items equipped that he uses in matches. Whether it be an armor, weapon, or helmet – each of these items has some stats that affect Shadow’s performance during combats. All the equipped items must be upgraded to their highest level possible to offer improved resilience and damage against the enemies. For leveling up the items, you require a certain amount of coins and scrolls of the fitting classes. 

Forge Items: Forging means to merge two same items be it weapons, armour, or helmets. Forging any items is beneficial as the new item formed by merging the other two has higher strength and stats compared to the original ones. You can equip the newly formed equipment to outwit your opponent with a greater chance of defeating them. It will make clearing a stage a child’s play for you in the game.

I gave it a try when it came out and I was honestly disappointed by the lag and glitches. After seeing the ads, I decided to give it a second chance since I loved all other shadow fight games. Now after clearing the Act I, I am amazed by how enjoyable the game is. It feels like a real sequel to shadow fight 2 now with various improvement. The roguelike system is just so much fun.

This is the sequel of shadow fight 2 we wanted not shadow 3 or shadow fight 4 which got waay different from what the game Shadow fight 2 was famous for and created an enormous Fandom community surrounding it . Thanks for finally realizing this I just wished if we could also have an upgrade where we can directly complete with other shadow online players which are on similar levels to us both in OG Shadow fight 2 and thus new Shadow Fight 2 : Shades I hope Nekki sees this review.

Honestly, it's a nice sequel. Shadow Fight 2 had a good story and Shade scratches the years worth of itch for a continuation. I just wish they marketed it as a sequel, I had no idea this was connected to Shadow Fight 2 at all until I tried it. Pretty solid difficulty across the board and all the moves you've learned on SF2 are carried over, it's straight to combat with no need to unlock basic moves.

the game has a good experience, pretty similar to Shadow Fight 2, just with those enhanced visuals and storytelling and roguelike gameplay. The gameplay is awesome, as always, but for some reason, I keep losing in chapter 2. My skill issue. Anyway, it's a great game. recommend all Shadow Fight players to try this game out. I knew NEKKI would never disappoint us. And ads are not a problem, can manage. Definitely recommend this game. 5 stars approved!
