At first, the changes are subtle: a classmate suddenly laughs a little too hard at your lame jokes; a teacher lets her guard down after downing a drink that is "just a tad stronger than usual." The real intrigue lies in discovering that the game silently tracks each girl's level of corruption, causing the tone of the scenes to shift accordingly. In one playthrough, I slipped a potion into the drink of a quiet, incredibly strict girl, boosting her confidence while simultaneously eroding her sense of shame. The first time, she merely unbuttoned a single button on her shirt in the hallway; the second time, she was openly flirting with me in the library as if there wasn't a single security camera in sight; by the third time, she was grinding her leg against mine in an empty classroom—all while repeatedly insisting that she was "still a good student."

The game doesn't explicitly tell you, "You chose X, so now Y is happening." Instead, the seeds of corruption are allowed to germinate slowly; before you know it, you find yourself embroiled in a filthy situation—the root of which traces back to a seemingly insignificant decision made just three scenes earlier. The speed at which the protagonist transforms from a bumbling, stuttering fool into a smug manipulator is staggering. Yet, strangely enough, this transformation feels entirely plausible—for the woman who granted him his powers clearly has no regard for his moral compass. You can even derive "extra" abilities from her blessings—powers she remains blissfully unaware of. The game’s premise—allowing you to exploit these advantages while simultaneously deceiving her—proves far more erotic than I had anticipated; she waxes eloquent on the virtues of scientific progress, while you secretly push the girls to their moral limits purely for your own amusement.

Some scenes are quite intense—such as the harem sequences, where various depraved personalities clash and collide around you—all while the game maintains the guise of a suspense thriller. My only minor grievance is that the protagonist occasionally becomes abruptly assertive during dialogue, only to immediately revert to his awkward demeanor once a sex scene concludes—almost as if the game has forgotten which version of his personality is currently active. However, as you juggle multiple girls at school—mixing magic like a lecherous data scientist conducting A/B tests on human desire—these minor flaws fade into insignificance.
