Unaware in the City

Unaware in the City is an open-world casual game where players can choose from multiple backstories and freely customize their character's appearance, three positive and negative traits, and skills to embark on a wondrous adventure. Players can freely travel to different locations in the city, triggering story events and building bonds with various characters. They can also change their attributes such as Charm, Desire, and Experience Points. Dialogue options will change depending on the player's attributes, providing a more engaging gaming experience. The most important attribute in the game, Desire, will profoundly influence the player's experience. As Desire increases, the player will be more willing to engage in deeper interactions with diverse characters, unlocking various exciting scenarios. The game also features a variety of attractive outfits and accessories for players to unlock, allowing them to dress up their characters in sexy attire and enhance their charm. The game will be continuously updated, introducing more story events, characters, and intimate animations related to the city, providing players with an even more enjoyable gaming experience.

Customizable Character: Take control of a 21-year-old woman and design her to your liking. Choose her appearance and personal traits to make her unique.

Realistic Interactions: Prepare for a world that mirrors the harsh realities of our own. People may not always treat the main character nicely, but some can be helpful, even if it's not always wanted.

Improved User Interface: The inventory, phone, map, and event sheet buttons have been moved to the right side of the screen for easier access and navigation.

Experimental Features: Enable experimental features in the settings, such as disabling screen fade-ins to see all the interesting NPC interactions. Cheats can also be toggled on or off for added flexibility.

Expanded Content: Enjoy expanded events involving Kevin and Rick, with boyfriend-related events accessible to all players. Additionally, a Record Holder perk has been enabled, offering potential rewards in future updates.

I believe I did everything I could to improve and fix many animations (although I may have overlooked some). Fixing any remaining broken animations would require remaking them from scratch (maybe one day).

Greatly improved animation syncing with non-default body sizes from the EX version. (EX only!)

Added a bonus cheat that allows you to open the hairdresser, traits, or even the wardrobe anywhere in the game. (EX only!)

Improved syncing of multiple animations.

Reverted some of the v46 code (returning to it in v47).

Improved compatibility when upgrading from old saves. However, it is still strongly advised to update saves one version at a time (v44->v45 and not v43->v45).

Fixed Ralph refusing to talk after getting robbed.

Added a safefail mechanism for some scenes that disables breasts.

Fixed a few smaller bugs.

v46

This update is a large experiment. I am rewriting parts of the old codebase and porting small portions of UiTC2:R code into UiTC to fix & improve the game.

Some long-demanded features are being worked on, but I am not announcing them yet. No promises.

Because I touched risky parts of the code, the game may become unstable or produce new bugs. Please back up your saves before playing just in case.

As always, save compatibility with v45 should remain intact.

Player Comments of Unaware in the City:

One of the best games on F95 so far. A ton of content and good art design. Constantly getting new updates. Unfortunately, the events are way too short. Just as an example, the Landlord route only consists of 2 events, while others have around 5. With this technical foundation, you could tell some really great stories. I hope there's more to come. Giving it 5 stars in advance as a show of faith.

The game has a lot of potential but I fear it is being wasted. The storyline must be improved, maybe a creative writer could help. Graphics and sound are okay. The city is not a city but merely a few streets and very few locations. AI may be used to give NPCs a character and improve NPC dialogues. The game doesn't feel like a RPG as it is claimed. Nevertheless, this game is one of a kind despite some resemblance to previous games therefore still worths playing and support. I'm not gonna lie. I enjoyed playing it a lot until it repeats itself but thats okay for a game that is still under development. Did I mention that developer is a sweetheart, responding your questions with a lightning speed.

I really enjoyed this game even though it's not finished yet. It's got everything I like in a h game. Corruption, life Sim, free use, etc. Its not too buggy either.The reason why I gave it 5 stars is because the perk system and MC background let's you do a few different builds/challenges. Only gripe is that I wish there were more scenes.

At first i didn't think i would like this game, but after putting a few hours in I quickly changed my mind. It's hard finding a game like this that's actually well made and I can tell if the effort is put in it will go far.The game play is good, graphics have a few flaws in the models but outside of that they are great. It just ticks a lot of the righ tboxes for me.Hope to see some good updates in the future.

Developer Notes of Unaware in the City:

I'm a disabled person after an accident in 2019 and I can't work on anything full-time anymore, so it's currently the only project that I work on (basically alone) and it's my only income. I'm also married and have a daughter. Although I am an ex-game developer with experience who worked on various indie projects (mostly fantasy & post-apo RPGs), I've never worked on an adult game before. In this project I'm doing all the programming, scripting, animating, writing, designing, setting art, marketing, testing, dealing with social media and more. All the art is created from scratch by Lefty Lai just for this project exclusively. Soundtrack is composed by iamzeryth, while moans are recorded by Miss Maia. If this project grows bigger, there's a higher chance of hiring new people to help me out, since I really want this project to be successful. Just keep in mind that I do most of the stuff alone and I'm dealing with health issues, so progress is quite slow and constant delays happen, thus you should think twice before supporting me. No kidding. I prefer to not get paid at all rather than disappoint and piss people off. I value peace of mind over anything else, since I already have a pretty shitty & stressful life, so just let me work in peace.
