First, launch the game and select a mode—such as the main Outbreak scenario or Cure mode—then choose your difficulty level.

Next, select a disease type and set your starting country to begin generating DNA points or research progress.

Very fun. The different challenge modes ensure that you can play at whatever skill level suits you. I eventually made a purchase (something I rarely do), as I definitely feel it was worth it. It offers tens of hours of fun. It’s one of those games I keep installed because I know I’ll come back to it—and indeed, I already have. My only critique is that I wasn't able to restore my purchase when I switched phones; however, I suspect that was simply because I didn't save my profile properly or couldn't recall my account details... Oh well—as I said, it was money well spent regardless.

Five stars! I absolutely love this game. I do have one minor issue, though: sometimes, right after I perform an upgrade, the game goes haywire and bombards me with 15 different pop-ups. I understand that you're trying to encourage quick reactions, but it's genuinely frustrating to miss out on 15, 17, or even 20 points just because I couldn't manage to click on 15 or 17 pop-ups within a mere two seconds. All I’d ask is for the pop-ups to either remain on screen indefinitely or simply fade away at a slower pace. Aside from that, it’s a fantastic game—I highly recommend it! Keep up the great work.

I used to play this game back when it was exclusively available on PC; it has definitely come a LONG way since then and remains a fantastic game for passing the time. There are hundreds of different scenarios, around 10 distinct pathogen types, and a brand-new "Cure the World" mode where—instead of spreading a disease—your goal is to cure it. This game potentially offers thousands of hours of varied gameplay experiences. It’s perfect for killing time. The in-app purchases are all very affordable, yet you can thoroughly enjoy the game without spending a single cent. 5/5.
