Liora’s Price of Dignity

Liora's Price of Dignity is a casual game driven by player choices. Players will witness the strange contractual relationship between Liora and Edgar. Liora makes a magical pact with Edgar for her beloved Rean, forming a team to achieve their shared goals while adventuring together. While Rean will gradually recover, Liora's mind and body will be completely changed by Edgar. Her clothing, dignity, and preferences will all take on Edgar's shape, who will use various tools to "train" Liora, unlocking various erotic animations along the way. The game is continuously updated, adding further storylines, new characters, and intimate animations to ensure players' enjoyment.

Features of Liora's Price of Dignity:

Absolute and Binding Rules: Edgar's power lies in crafting magical contracts with ironclad, supernatural enforcement. Once Liora agrees to a clause—whether it's altering her appearance, behavior, or memories—disobedience is physically and magically impossible, creating a relentless, rule-based progression of her surrender.

The Cost of Each Cure: The medicine for her lover is drip-fed in exchange for specific, escalating concessions. Players navigate a menu of devastating contractual terms, each granting a fragment of cure while permanently stripping away an aspect of Liora's autonomy, values, or past.

Strategic Negotiation Within Limits: While the core terms are fixed, players can sometimes influence the wording or sequence of clauses. A shrewd choice might delay a more damaging demand or link it to a temporary benefit, adding a layer of tactical desperation to the bargaining process.

Tracking the Dignity Stat: Liora's core identity is quantified through a degrading "Dignity" meter and subsidiary traits like "Will," "Memory," and "Self-Worth." Contractual fulfillances don't just progress the story; they numerically and permanently alter these stats, changing how characters perceive and interact with her.

Visible and Internal Transformation: The changes are not just statistical. Liora's dialogue options, inner monologue, and even the narrative description of her world shift as her stats decay. She may begin to rationalize Edgar's demands, forget key memories of her lover, or find his approval pleasing.

As for the new content this week, we have a ton of new stuff. First of all, the first tier two costume, the Slutty Banditwear, is now properly in the game. You need at least 20 Lewdness to unlock the costume and once you do you will unlock a new clause that allows you to upgrade all contracts requiring Banditwear to contracts requiring Slutty Banditwear.

Right now, Slutty Banditwear is the only option but in the future you will be able to pick any Tier 2 costume in the clause options, so you can upgrade a Tier 1 Costume into any other Tier 2 Costume. I have only added the clause for Banditwear and will add the upgrade clauses for each Tier 1 Costume whenever the Tier 2 H-CG variations are finished.

If you have not yet taken clauses that trigger Liora to wear a costume, then taking this clause will also replace the Banditwear option in them and thus increase the maximum possible value - perhaps new deal combinations will become possible.

Together with the Slutty Banditwear outfit, I have also a new per costume modifier: Groping Resistance (-Groping Pleasure). The modifier starts at -75% for the Default Clothings and is reduced by 25% per tier. The lowered pleasure generation for groping should help distinguish their lower sexual impact from higher sexual impact actions like sex, while still allowing to eventually have Liora cum from just groping through wearing skimpy clothing.

Then, the main event of this week is a new event: Sexual Frustration Masturbation. To trigger it, I have also added a new return-from-dungeon event that works similar to the 0 Willpower day start in SKA: You need Rising Heat, Sexual Frustration >= 20 and Lewdness < Willpower to trigger the event. Once you do, Liora will be forced to perform a lewd action with the goal of getting rid of her sexual frustration. Currently she has two choices: Going on a date with Rean or Masturbating - with all the ensuing clauses that may trigger from her choice.

Should you have triggered the new bad sex variations with Rean, an internal flag will be set that makes Liora not want to go to Rean, making her choose Masturbation as her currently only means. Of course, in the future, Edgar will also appear here, but that is for the next story part...

The event itself is essentially an extension of the default masturbation event. Most of its sub events also trigger here, but there are additional new modules that can happen in this variation in the case that you haven't taken any of the dildo clauses OR restricted them to not be active on this day: In case Liora has a dildo in her inventory but the related clause isn't triggering on the current day and if her penis size preference is high enough, a choice will trigger to make her select a dildo (or a bigger dildo in case she is already using one).

Should Liora fail to reach orgasm, the event is followed up with a new mini story event where Liora asks Ariadne for a dildo (or a larger dildo). Also, while the masturbation event by default doesn't end the day, if Liora hasn't reached orgasm by the end of the masturbation event but is producing enough pleasure for it to be close by, a choice will be triggered for her to keep going until the end of the day.

Triggering the scene and the modules is actually a little bit difficult. If you are spamming clauses and making Liora cum nonstop, you won't be seeing this event due to the Sexual Frustration getting reset all the time. On the other hand, if you are keeping Liora mostly pure, then you will not be generating the necessary Sexual Frustration.

So the event will mostly affect players who are kind of in-between these extremes. To facilitate the triggering of events of this type, I have however also added some new passives introducing a modifier to the sexual frustration reset. The new levels of Creampie Addiction will now prevent Liora from fully resetting sexual frustration on orgasm except through creampies. A similar new passive called "Huge Size Addiction" has a similar effect; only the insertion of huge cocks and dildos will be triggering a full reset of sexual frustration, reducing the effects of kissing, groping and all the other lower impact actions I have also talked about in the beginning of the post.

As for those constantly triggering orgasms through sex with Edgar, there will a mechanic that allows Edgar to edge Liora and thus generate sexual frustration, but it will only appear once we hit Part 4.

Finally, we have a bunch of bugfixes and also some more assets. The new BGM has been integrated as have the most recent H-CG variations for the Rean Sex scenes.

I have spent most of the day doing some playtesting to also test the whole Sexual Frustration mechanics, it's still in a bit of a weird spot due to us entering this new phase of content. Triggering it naturally by having enough Sexual Frustration generating passives, while keeping the number of clauses low and not triggering resets all the time, takes quiiite a lot of days, so there is definitely more refinement necessary.

Fantastic idea ( NTR through contracts ) which make the game interesting both if you want to resist the villain or give in. Characters are far above average those in the genre, FMC is smart and have a strong will, her BF is not a weak willed retard and the villain does have some humanizing moments plus a interesting endgame besides sadism. In a genre know for pure cliche paper thin personality characters this alone elevates the experience.Art is good enough or above average.Combat wise the game is hard in the default setting ( which it needs to be to work with the premise ) but it s plenty customizable with the likes of NG+ bonuses and a easier difficulty setting.Content wise it s longer than most demos.

The heroine is amazing too.100/10,came multiple times.This game cuts to the corruption as fast as you want it to, and its real hot. The villian is always around and you can lean into him, or really put work in to screw him over. And you can screw him over. Immediately subbed to get the no time-limit version to see just how much content had been developed.The corruption mechanism is novel, extremely challenging, and simultaneously engaging. I feel like I had to do a losing playthrough first in order to see what the big mistakes were. And certain clauses seem innocent enough, but always have some cost down the road. The game has actual stakes, and that makes it fun.The art is quite a bit better than SKA, and all of the UI/UX polish that was developed for SKA now hits the road running in Liora. @aura-dev has an established network of collaborators now and it really shows. The production speed, precision, etc.Finally, as other reviewers have stated, this game shows serious responsiveness to genuine criticisms of SKA. Even if many are just matters of taste or preference, its very clear that this game is attempt to hear those voices. That alone is worth a mountain of praise.I usually loathe NTR but this game is so hot, I'll corrupt her; and the game is so tactically interesting, in a different playthrough I can wreck the villain. And both paths have content.
