No ads in between customers!!! However, you do get an ad after you completed a level which isn't bad at all. Out of all the cashier games I've played so far, this one is my favorite. It matches a real life cashier experiences except there is no "returned product" or "cancel the product" feature which would've been great to have. But other than that, this game doesn't disappoint and when you make enough coins, you get to upgrade your store and inventory items!
I absolutely love this game. It has a super easy tutorial and the math aspect can be a tad challenging. There is so much attention to detail. From the amount of food to the pricing, the length of the receipt for products scanned. Cash, card, coupons, change missing from the register. The register has a great layout. I finished all 60 levels in one sitting. I can't wait for more.
I'm not working yet but I easily get overwhelmed. This kinda soothes the itch that comes with that anxiety. It's pretty accurate and holds you accountable on your precision. Going into entry level jobs it's not actually likely that I will become a cashier but knowing what to do is a skill that I could potentially use to transition sooner. Honestly I would love to see this in a "quest for success," class because for those who have never had jobs it feels nice to have a framework for entry work.
This game really taught me math. And it's even in a fun and relaxing way. I also really appreciate the timeless mode so I can practice without any stress :) Edit: so I've reached a point where I need a specific card reader to progress in levels. But to do that I need to earn like 13k. My struggle is that I'm not even getting enough coins and I'm seriously growing tired of replaying the same levels over and over.
