Music Racer is a fun racing game. Unlike other racing games, players need to import files of different formats to start the game. Players need to race along unique tracks according to the rhythm of the music. The music tracks and styles chosen by the player will affect the length of the tracks and the obstacles within them, thus bringing more fun to the player. Players need to show off their racing skills, pressing different buttons to avoid various obstacles, and share their racing process with friends to win their likes and comments.
Supercars at High Speed: Experience the thrill of driving supercars that can move at high speeds, even in harsh environments.
Vibrant Sound Space: Control your car on an interesting musical background, combining fast speed with music to create excitement.
Unique Gameplay: Unlike traditional speed racing games, Music Racer offers a new and refreshing experience with its music-based gameplay.
Creative Car Designs: Each car in the game has its own creative shape, making it suitable for even the most prestigious racing arena.
Customization Options: Personalize your racing experience by changing paint colors and rims to showcase your personality.
Wide Song Selection: Play any song from your device's music library to challenge yourself with different genres and levels of difficulty.

The following tips are useful to keep in mind while playing the game:
In Music Racer, you control a car that is driving along a highway with three lanes on it containing notes to the rhythm of the music. The simple goal of the game is to switch lanes with your car using Left and Right or Left Stick: Left & Right to hit as many notes as possible during a song.
The game has four different modes available: Standard, Zen, Cinematic, and Hard. Cinematic awards a low set amount of points, and Standard and Hard contain obstacles that will cause you to lose points if hit. Zen has no obstacles and there's no way to lose points on it, so this is the mode you will want to stick to.
By default, the camera in this game is very close behind the car and it is often difficult to see which tracks upcoming notes are on until it's too late. It makes things much easier to pause the game and use Right to adjust Camera Distance to the maximum of 3.
As for grinding for points, you can idle through songs or play the game naturally for more. The game is pretty fun, so it's a good idea to play it naturally for a while to get some enjoyment out of it. If you want to grind the same song for the most points Mood Control seems to be the best bet, but Infectious, Horizon, and Mons Sparagdus are good options as well. If you choose to idle, there have been multiple reports that playing Infectious and staying on the middle track is a quick way to earn points with this method (although it will take slightly longer than playing naturally).
You can earn one star on any song by simply starting it and letting it play out without switching lanes at all; this was the case with the first song, Wait for Love. When the song completes and you receive a one star rating, the trophy will unlock. Bear in mind that the star rating trophies don't stack, so you'll have to play a song to earn all three ratings.

Music Racer is basically rhythm racing in neon, but the interesting part is that you can throw your own music at it and the track just builds itself around whatever you’re playing.Sometimes it lines up perfectly with the beat and everything suddenly feels smooth. Sometimes it’s a bit messy and the road does weird things. I didn’t really mind though, because the whole point for me was just driving through my own music for a while. It’s loud, flashy, very 80s. There isn’t much depth to it and I didn’t expect there to be.I just wanted a neon road and a good song in the background.
I can't believe it took me this long to find this gem. When I'm depressed I just sorta shut down. I can't really think right, focus, make much sense of anything and it makes playing games that I used to enjoy, just not fun anymore. This game is something perfect for that specific aspect of my life. I find myself in 10x a better mood after throwing this game on and going through a few levels. the music, the lights, the entire experience is just lax and chill and it's something really up the alley for people who just can't get out of their heads.
I haven't played for too long but I think it's pretty rad. You can change the kind of race track you ride, and each track comes with a different appearance and a slightly different gameplay experience too. The car you ride in is also customizable! The visuals of the race tracks are top-notch eye candy. The way the bright colours ebb and flow with different obstacles and geometric shapes circling the track... The visual stimulation is almost too much. But it just takes some getting used to.This game takes a lot of inspiration from Audiosurf but builds upon it with the aforementioned bonuses. If you've played Audiosurf, then you know how to play this game. You might have to get used to the appearance of different obstacles though, they can really sneak up on you if you've never seen them before. Also, while I think Audiosurf handles electronic tracks better, Music Racer handles rock + metal 10x better than Audiosurf. The way it maps out guitar solos really does them justice, plus the increase in speed when the guitar layering comes in when a song starts up is just *chef's kiss*. If you're a rock/metal fan then you might actually get more fun out of Music Racer than with other rhythm games tbh.My one gripe is that it doesn't support ACC formats, which all of my Itunes rips are in. I hope it can be either updated or added as DLC in the future.
The best thing about Music Racer is that it lets you play along to your own music. You can choose any sound file you have saved on your device and -believe it or not- the game will create a unique racetrack that perfectly goes along to the rhythm of the music you've selected.Music Racer is an outstanding musical game that lets you race at full speed while listening to your favorite music. And to top it all off, the game also has some really awesome graphics and a charming "retrowave" look.
