In Who’s Your Daddy?!, you can choose between single-player mode or multiplayer mode with up to 7 players. All players will compete for the title of "Dad." You'll find yourself in a house caring for a newborn baby, still in diapers, unable to walk, and only able to crawl around the house. Your task is to care for and protect this baby from harm.
