Stormblades is an action-adventure game where players embark on an adventure to prove themselves. Encountering diverse enemies and delving into dangerous ruins, players must dodge attacks while swiftly and efficiently defeating foes with their weapons. Gameplay of Stormblades:

As mentioned above, Stormblades’ battle mechanics are quite akin to the acclaimed Infinity Blade. You can use your sword by simply sliding or dragging your mouse. You must also deflect your opponents’ strikes to shock them. Defeating your opponent requires you to break their armor first. Take note that the camera slightly slows down as you get closer to an adversary, enabling you to parry. When you have successfully countered his move, you must predict the next move and react accordingly. You will have the chance to attack if you successfully parry the blows during these few phases.

Every antagonist has a distinct magic attack spell that won’t be simple to dodge. Avoiding their spells should be a necessity. Click on the screen twice to dodge such strikes. Rapid and double clicks will do the work as well. Because continuous clicking won’t allow your character to flee from the opponent, clicking twice will. In between battles, your protagonist will sprint through ruins and jungles. This will allow you to go after the essence that pops up. This essence is crucial for developing the sword skills that you must achieve gradually.

The simplicity of Stormblades is what makes it brilliant. The game features three major activities which are to battle enemies, gather essence, and improve weaponry. You will, however, need to learn basic tactics if you wish to defeat giant monsters.

Useful Tips of Stormblades:

Beware the Pot-Belly Power-Up: There is a type of enemy in Stormblades that I took to calling “Potbellies,” largely due to their rotund figure. These mace-wielding monsters are unique in that they have a special move that is only activated during a specific stance. When the Potbelly stands still and crosses his arms, do not attack.Repeatedly attacking a Potbelly that is in this stance will charge him up and he will eventually unleash a near-unavoidable burst of energy that will take a chunk of your health as is passes through you.Instead of attacking, just wait out the Potbelly. Eventually he will readjust his stance and you can resume cutting him to pieces.

Do Not Hesitate, Show No Mercy: No I’m not asking you to give into the dark side of The Force, I just want you to win. Win hastily, even. A good player will watch for the enemy to make a move and prepare to counter it with a blocking strike. An even better player will continuously swipe to attack the enemy while they watch for the enemy to initiate a blockable attack. This allows you to get in two or three hits in between each enemy attack.It may take a little bit of time to learn the signals that each enemy uses to initiate an attack, but when learned, you can use them to your advantage in order to use as much downtime for offensive attacks as possible.

Heads Up, It’s A Mage: When you are battling a mage-type enemy, always keep an eye to the sky. Mages like to secure themselves behind an energy shield that is all-too-tempting for the player to blindly hack at until it breaks. However, shortly after summoning the energy shield, the Mage also warms up a special ability that summons down a fireball from the sky.So when you see the shield pop into existence, take a moment to check if there is an easily-avoidable fireball falling your way.

It’s All About Making An Entrance: All of the enemies, apart from the level’s mini bosses, have certain entrance animations that usually initiate combat. These animations are always the same, so as soon as you identify what kind of enemy you’re facing, you can instantly move into preparing to deflect or dodge their opening attack.For example, the staff-wielding enemies always come out swinging from their left, so as soon as you see one coming in, you’ll want to prepare to block on your right side.

Stormblades gives me nostalgia of the old Hack and Slash game from years ago called "Guts & Glory". The only difference of that game and this one is that, instead of standing in place, we're physically running through out the environment to the next boss! As a huge fan of Guts and Glory, I'm already in love and familiar with the controls of Stormblades right off the bat. The art for this game is very beautiful! There's been too much slop on the app store, and this game is a breath of fresh air!

I love this game! It's fast become my favourite game, easy to pick up and put down and challenging enough to keep you coming back for more. I struggled with the dodging function too initially but once you play it enough and start to learn the enemies patterns it becomes a lot easier. Like a cross between temple run and a sword fighting simulator, this is well worth a try!

It's basically a running hack and slash game. What sets this one apart from others is that it's first person instead of top down view and it's not the lame auto play. Definitely a big win in the art department as well. Normally I'd keep a game of this lvl, but this type just isn't my style. Good job devs, just make sure not to flood your game with too many ads and keep it balanced for f2p people and I see this game going far.

A Good light game has nice graphics with 3D parkour and fighting. I would only like the addition of parkour by sliding your finger, instead of watching the parkours. The idea is good. Perfectly light and stable and haven't noticed any ads. So a wonderful game for a pastime, similar to prince of persia. I would also like a story mode full of fantasy and mysticism in addition to the game. I would like that the game consisted of a story mode and a free roaming mode with the addition of vehicles.

Stormblades is a 3D action game with very beautiful and delicate graphics. Players can gain experience through continuous battles, improve their level and abilities, and obtain more powerful items. The entire game is operated on the touch screen. Players control the protagonist’s actions by tapping and swiping the screen, and drag and drop to change the perspective. During the battle, players can block, parry, release nirvana and other actions through specific gestures.
