Love the game. So addicted that i want more like it. Irs like a continuous story of their lives. Amazing However episodes are getting shorter so you dont get to read much with the 2 free tickets- we need more And i think random times we should be able to get free diamonds cos so many options are needing them more frequently now and we pretty much get no choice to know deep down into the story line. No one can keep paying around $3 every time the option comes up...

2 - Tap “Copy data” at the very bottom of the screen. This will copy your userID and password to your clipboard for you to paste it and send it to yourself via email or text message.

3 - Now get your new device and tap the settings icon in the top left corner of the Main Menu. Then tap the “Account” tab on the top of the screen.

4 - Tap “Switch account”.

5 - Enter or paste the userID and password on the corresponding fields and tap “Confirm”.

The app should reload and switch to your account.

Remember that if your previous progress was linked to a social network account, you can recover it on your own by logging in again.

How can I reset my progress in the app? I don't like the decisions I've made!

You can restart the episode you are playing. Tap the PAUSE and RESTART buttons. This only happens if you haven't completed the episode yet.You can also choose the season you liked the most and play the episodes again. Just select the season you want and tickets will not be charged. You can play each episode as many times as you want but the decisions you choose first are the ones that will be saved in your story.
