In Brottato, as a potato who has awakened self-awareness, you must use weapons to defend against the alien creatures. In the game, you can use up to six weapons to defeat enemies from all directions. You don't necessarily have to kill them; simply surviving within the time limit will allow you to advance to the next level. The gameplay is simple: you don't need to do anything—no aiming, no different shooting. You just need to keep moving, and the weapons will fire automatically. Story

The game sets the player as the sole survivor of a crashed spaceship. This spaceship comes from the potato world, and the survivor, named Brottato, is a self-aware potato capable of using up to six weapons simultaneously.
