Matrix Hearts is a casual game driven by a storyline and player choices. Players take on the role of MC, a former Olympic rock climber who loses his chance after an accident. To regain his peak physical condition, players must travel to Zippyzinc Island to find the source of this technology. On the island, players will encounter beautiful women with diverse personalities and secrets. Players must make different choices in various story events to win their favor and arrange rehabilitation training to restore their physique. As the game progresses, players will build deep emotional bonds with the women, unlocking various alluring animations through in-depth interactions with their favorites. Will you ultimately achieve your dream and build your harem?

I have wanted to make this announcement all year, but I didn't want to make it before I had the entire script finished.

The entire script for Matrix Hearts Season 2 is complete!

It has been approved to make sure, unlike what happened originally with Chapter 4, that it is what Matrix Hearts was meant to be. The same feeling. The characters being what you grew to love. I am pleased to announce that we are there!

It took me a while to write it, edit it, and everything else. It takes a little over a month to write and program an entire chapter. I've been working on this with full steam for most of the year while also building a schedule of release. This is so I am ahead of schedule instead of being right above the water. This is my way to ensure there are going to be no more delays once I start releasing chapters, like how I did with Maelstrom.

This is going to be as nonspoiler as possible, but if you don't want even a splash of spoilers, stop reading here. If you want a preview of what's to come, then here we are!

Chapter 4: Rising Waves

Main Routes:

Night mission with Rylee and Chrysta.

A major interaction with Stormy to further the main story.

A night with Stormy on her boat.

The beginning of the next steps to appease Layla.

Gemma's party to either celebrate your joining the team or being at Coconut Academy.

The Mysterious Girl returns...For what? Who knows.

Side Routes:

Based on your level of affection with Gemma you will get an extra scene. Same goes for if you joined her team.

Previous women will be at the party. Who you talk to is based on the choices you've made.

Olivia will make an appearance.

Chapter 5: New Normal

Main Routes:

A major interaction with Rylee about what happened on the night mission.

Xi night scene at the academy. This is going to flow into the work you need to complete at Coconut Academy based on if you saved Xia from the principal or not. You will either get the principals first big scene, or another scene with Xia.

Layla is ready to forgive you...or not. After a week of normal island living, you get the option of what to do. This is a major Layla route.

A scene at the docks based on the night mission. Who is involved is dependent on major choices made in the beginning of Chapter 4 and the beginning of Chapter 5.

Side Routes:

If you made the right choices at the party, there is an extra scene in town with two new characters.

An optional scene with Olivia based on romance metrics.

A small scene with Dutch. If you agreed to join his card game tournament, there is more.

There's a new milf in town. Who could she be?

Chapter 6: Blood in the Water

Main Routes:

The cliffhanger from Chapter 5. This is major. Multiple characters will be involved, some based on your choices. Stormy and Layla are there guaranteed.

An afternoon out with Frianca and Kim. This will lead into a major interaction with the Mysterious Girl who invites you to a volleyball tournament at the academy.

Another route with both Rylee and Chrysta. This can split based on the choices you make, both in opposite directions or experiencing both stories.

You will have a route with Layla about the current state of your knee. If there are enough hearts, it's going to split into a romance route with her, as well as a small interaction with Stormy.

There are no side routes. All splits are based on choices made before or during the main routes.

The first relationship choice! Who is it going to be?

The tournament. No spoilers, but the biggest cliffhanger of all happens here, the culmination of the entire choices made in Season Two.

I am excited about how this season turned out! What's even better, is that this is half of the work! With the writing and editing finished, as well as the main programming, all I have to do is work on the renders for the game without having to make huge pauses to finish the next script.

The full of Season 2 should be made available Summer 2027, but the individual Chapters are going to start releasing later this summer.

If you are looking for a good story well this won't be for you. This game is more a slice of life with a bit of a mystery storyline but more focused on the slice of life. Also depending on you this game might be pretty damn funny at least it was for me. I loved most of the dialogue in banter because of that.I really enjoyed this one enough that I might consider putting it in my top 10 was pretty damn enjoyable for me. Each chapter felt pretty long to. All the LI are likeable for one reason or another. Even the one I hate I started to like her in chapter 3.All the girls feel pretty different and unique which is a huge plus. For the most part the girls feels like you get to know them they aren't just their to have lewd scenes , even the ones that are a bit easy to have sex with. Well except the side girls those ones are just there for lewds.There seems to be decent branching but I am a bit unsure how impactful they are just yet especially some of the major choices. But there is alot of choices.The only real neagtive I have for this game are the early renders, maybe the animations while the animations never were really good I did like most of them still.The only negative I have is the MC is a bit pervy with his comments towards the LI a bit too often even when not picking the pervy options. But overall it's a great AVN if all you care about is slice of life and likeable cast of girls.

When I started following this game, there were at least two otters working on it, and it looked good, and was engaging, funny, and well written. Then one otter got something else to do. I dunno. Maybe he moved to a different bay for better fish. But the otter that was left was the funny one, so the quality of the writing remained strong.The pictures however... they have perhaps taken a step back? But maybe not, because the funny otter also makes funnier pictures sometimes. I have busted more than one gut looking at the newer pictures.I think I like the funny otter. Enough that I bought his game on steam.I hope the other otter is okay and really likes his fish from the other bay or whatever. He was good with the pictures.

Easily one of the top games here. With the potential to go further.This game ticks so many boxes for me. Beautiful girls, great story and a rather low possibility of missing scenes. (Sadly, there still seem to be a few forks, but I'll survive.)The main draw of the game has to be the LIs. There's many games that establishes themselves as good with LIs with distinct personalities and of course, good looksBut Matrix Hearts takes it to a different level for me. Girls with realistic personalities may seem more down to earth and well, real. But quirky ones like those in this game really grabs your attention. Almost every girl has a quirk that makes her special as well as amazing to interact with.Layla has to be one of the best LI I've encountered in lewd games here, and my next 2 favs Kylee and Gemma are absolute stand outs as well!For the minuses, it's sorta a slow burn, while that itself isn't a bad thing, but to retain attention usually a few side characters are thrown in for a few quick fucks. But when most of them look absolutely gorgeous, it's hard to not get attached. It's also not uncommon to lose that fire as developers to continue the game when attention of the player slowly falls due to speed of updates, or story progress. It's a fine line to walk, but I'm getting quite a good vibe from the game and the development team(?) behind it though.It's disappointing that most games like this have multiple endings and you can only choose 1 LI, but then again, it's the most popular genre.But hey! Great and long story, with lots of lore, optional free roam with no lasting impacts. Sign me up! Though it's common for players to want more choices and split routes. I honestly enjoy being swept up in the narrative the writer and developers cooks up.Definitely looking forward to more updates in the future!
