LEGO Ninjago
Introduction

LEGO Ninjago is an action-adventure game that blends LEGO elements. Players control amnesiac ninjas who regain their powers to stop a ronin from completing his evil plan to corrupt the ninja world. Each ninja possesses unique skills, allowing players to drive various vehicles and even dragons freely across the game world. Players can skillfully use their weapons to fight various enemies, unleashing exquisite ninjutsu to crush enemy attacks and successfully complete levels. The game supports extensive customization options, allowing users to freely adjust the size, position, and sensitivity of different buttons to better suit their operating habits.

Gameplay of LEGO Ninjago:

The story starts off with Ronin stealing the ninjas' memories. The ninjas have to smash, build and explore their way to stop Ronin's evil plans. The Dark Samurai serve as the evil clique of the game.

The player controls one of the main characters from a third-person perspective, usually fighting enemies, and collecting Lego studs. There are a total of 68 playable characters in the game (excluding multiple variants/outfits of all characters).

The game features locales from the TV series, including the Ice Temple, the Toxic Bogs, and a mysterious new island. Players will also visit the mountain village of Spinjago, where the Ninjas are currently training under 'Grand Sensei' Dareth and Sensei Wu.

The game is divided into levels, which are typically completed by defeating all of the enemies in the area. Players can use a variety of attacks and combos to defeat their enemies, and they can also use the environment to their advantage. For example, players can throw objects at enemies or knock them into traps.

In addition to combat, players will also need to solve puzzles in order to progress through the game. These puzzles can range from simple to complex, and they often require players to use the special abilities of different characters. For example, Lloyd can phase through walls, while Zane can freeze enemies.

Plots of LEGO Ninjago:

The game begins with Kai, Cole, Jay, and Zane traveling across Chen's Island in the D.B. Express. Parking the vehicle, they head through the rest of the jungle on foot, going pass the traps and battling Anacondrai Cultists. Eventually, they make it into the tunnels beneath Chen's Palace, and after battling Eyezor, Zugu, and a few other cultists, retrieve the Staff of Elements. However, the four of them are attacked by the Anacondrai serpent, who attacks Jay and rips off his pants in the process, exposing his underpants.

Jay interrupts, revealing the whole ordeal to be a story, pointing out the several inconsistencies in Kai's story. Though bemused by the story, the Ninja—save Lloyd, who is recuperating from the death of his father alone—are assigned to continue training on Master Wu's orders, with Dareth revealing a class of adult students he had managed to find. Wu is initially wary of the students, and rightfully so when they attack the ninja with the intent to destroy, revealing themselves to be members of a mercenary group, the Dark Samurai.

The Ninja successfully fend off the Dark Samurai, only to discover their leader, a mysterious samurai clad in armor, and chase after him across the mountain village of Spinjago. Using the Tornado of Creation, they create a magnet that pulls off the samurai's armor, revealing a mysterious man. The ninja corner the samurai, who in response uses his Obsidian Glaive to knock them out, before escaping on a machine named R.E.X.

Nya and Master Wu tend to the ninja, who wake up and are shocked by the events going on around them, namely Nya's presence, with Kai remarking that Samukai had kidnapped her, and Zane being mystified by his titanium form. Master Wu, horrified, manages to calm the ninja down and explains that they had their memories stolen by the mysterious weapon, the Obsidian Glaive. Likewise, they have lost several of their abilities, as they have no memory of unlocking their True Potential.

Master Wu advises that in order to get back their memories, they need to seek out the other Obsidian Weapons, which can reverse the power of the Glaive and restore their memories. Noting that Hibiki, the Obsidian Glaive's original owner, might know where to look, Master Wu tells the ninja to head to Kryptarium Prison. Arriving at the prison, they discover chaos within, with a prison riot occurring and several Dark Samurai attempting to capture Hibiki, presumably to silence him.

Player Comments of LEGO Ninjago:

you might not be able to move with cool but do you see that Circle hold that sucker for a while and then switch to anybody you want to and then go and then build the trampoline and then the trampoline is going to Bounce U and then when you get home and let me get on the trampoline that's the jump button and then move to the side cuz I thought it wasn't going to work for me Anna was sick that's why I gave you the one and then I gave you the five star.

This app is very fun and I think you should add new characters and new worlds like there is jungle where Derek has his element of mud and where Nia jungle has her element of water and in the new show I mean in Lego Ninjago I think there should have an element and there should be two new worlds Hermie learn spend it to and that's the name of the character harumi learn spinjitzu in the in the next new map is called the element of for her roomies discovers her new element and I think her new elemen.

For the most part, the game is great. Whilst it's not canon to the show (and there are some consistencies that really annoy me), the game is a lot of fun and the story was good enough for me to keep playing. Unfortunately, the voice acting aside from a select few isn't the best. Why they couldn't get the show's voices, I don't know. Lloyd's voice is great, though. It took a while for me to realise it wasn't Jillian. Though I swear Dareth switched voices in the last cutscene. Game is fun, though!

I love the Ninjago serries and this was fun to play while I waited for the newest seasons. The story explains what happens between seasons four and five. My only complaints was the controls were difficult at times. The fixed camera can cause some weird movement as well. The character also had different voice actors for the game but they all felt like themselves. The humor matches the shows and nothing in the story felt to out of place. I definitely recommend this game if you like Ninjago.

Conclusion:

LEGO Ninjago encapsulates all that kids enjoy about the cartoon in a mobile game. It's simple to play and there's never a dull moment, and the story maintains the goofy charm that kids have come to expect from the Spinjitsu masters. In conclusion, this premium action-adventure title succeeds in making children feel like they're in the game.
