Here’s an early overview of Chapter 6. I expect a significant increase in word count, since the initial estimate for the static renders is already very close to 4k. Originally, I wanted to include three animated scenes in Chapter 6, but I moved one to Chapter 7 because, despite the already high number of static renders, some scenes feel a bit short to me, and I’ll probably add more content to them as well.

Since all the animations will be completely finished by next Tuesday (posing, rendering, editing, converting), I can already provide an initial estimate for when my work will be completed. The script, dialogues, translation, setting up all the sets with character models, and creating test renders were all finished two weeks ago. Based on the current figures, my work will be completed in early November. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, I still expect some growth in all areas, so a release in early to mid-December is more realistic.

A quick personal update that will affect a few minor things on Patreon. Earlier this year, while I was working on the static renders for Chapter 5, I was unfortunately informed that the company I currently work for will be closing at the end of this year. After nearly 20 years there, this came as a bit of a surprise, but like so many things in life, change also brings positive opportunities. I found a new job months ago, which I’ll be starting later this year. Unfortunately, this also means I’ll have to move. As a result, progress updates for Chapter 6 will resume a bit later than usual.

My current plan is to finish everything except the static renders by the end of next week. As I mentioned, the animations will be done by the beginning of next week, and then all that’s left is the initial music selection. After that, I’ll spend about 3 weeks producing static renders and then take a week off to move to my new place. Once I’ve settled into my new home for a week, the progress updates will resume on August 9. I’ll also be switching these updates to Sundays instead of Fridays, as my work schedule has changed slightly. By that time, about 1,000 static renders should already be finished. I plan to start with the labels for which I won’t be showing any previews anyway due to spoilers, so I’ll likely be able to share images until the end of production.

Reading some of the other reviews, I think this game is not getting the credit it deserves. It is a beautifully haunting story that is filled with a very realIistically portrayed emotion in my opinion. Compared to the mostly surface level stuff you get from most adult VN this is something special. I wont give spoilers but multiple times I found my heartstrings being pulled.the character models are well done, unique from each other for the most part, and I think well designed. The environment is somewhat generic in the sense that the assets are not entirely uncommon in some respects to what you can see jn other VN, but its put together well nothing feels like it shouldnt exist or be there it meshes well.The H scenes are nice nothing to crazy but decently animated and the camera switch is a nice extra touch. Most of the engagements are fairly vanilla so far, but I felt there were hints at more coming in the future, even if not the scenes are good enough to work well, not overly long or tedious either.the criticism I have seen of the game having a sort of flip flop feel in terms of emotion moments mixed with levity and banging is unfair in my opinion, I think it perfectly encapsulated grief, the unbearable pain of loss with moment of escape as one slowly moves forwards with there life. An Mc who is trying to find a reason to live, and seems to be finding it in some of the woman around him who open up and support him. The idea that someone who is grieving wouldn't have moment of escape with a potential loved one or sexual partnerz and then later not be still devastated by their loss is silly. The idea that one cant be sad one moment and just sort of shut down and escape in the arms of another. I genuinely think it was done very well, I think the balance felt very real in a way most visual novels just dont pull off.genuinely I cannot recommend this game enough. I couldn't put it down after i started. It's one of those VN where I dread the end and it comes to soon. Ill be eagerly awaiting the next release. The dev here is doing great work, and I hope they continue. This is a special VN, it stands out from so many others with its raw story and I do think it deserves way more credit.

Could not dislike the introduction more, but the game is better now. Upping this to 4-stars.Starting on 3-Stars, Ch.5 Public. I am minutes in, but I'm already leapfrogging dialogue.What part of the MC being a spoiled brat screams, "THIS IS MY LEAD!!" Indecisive idiot MC with a moron for a best friend and a bitch of a mother. I'm assuming this is going for a redemption arc, but holy shit is this a slog. This is supposed to be fun and the introduction of your game. You're selling your game to the players right now and this is your "backflip off the roof to impress the hottest girl in school"? I already don't like this guy, his friend, his mother, how he dresses, looks, acts. I don't want to continue this game as there is nothing here that is interesting or entertaining. The character building of literally EVERY introduced character is either "brat, asshole, or bitch". Where are the hooks?I'm going to try to give this a chance, this could be like Star Trek: The Next Generations and need 3 seasons to get good... be back later, hopefully.

Great game, true 5 stars. One of the top 10 VNs currently in development. Slice of life style and not one with a overarching plot.Polished with few mistakes, nice graphics and well written characters. Avoids the mistakes most games make by having too large of a cast, there are 3 LI and they all get roughly equal screen time. Higher end amount of content relative to development time. Not a porn/fuckfest game, its a VN with some adult content.
