Among Us 3D retains the core gameplay of Among Us while rendering character models and environments in 3D. Players can choose between the crew and the imposter faction, and depending on the winning conditions of each faction, they must find the imposter or deceive other crew members, meticulously crafting lies to frame others during chat sessions and ultimately vote them out to become the final winner. The game unfolds from a firstperson perspective, bringing players new crew missions and characters. Each character has their own unique strengths, and players can customize them with different colors, hats, and accessories to make them even cooler.
Among Us 3D is a multiplayer game with two teams: Crewmates and Impostors. Crewmates must complete a wide variety of tasks in order to meet their win condition. Impostors appear identical in every way to Crewmates, although they can be distinguished by other Impostors. Their goal is to kill all Crewmate players without getting caught, and may utilize tools to aid them, such as sabotaging a part of the ship that the Crewmates must fix or using ventilation shafts to quickly navigate the playing area.
If any player sees a dead body, they will have the choice to start a meeting with other players. They then can discuss who the Impostor may be, and cast a vote towards who they think it is. Unless players choose to skip the vote, one player will be "ejected" from the ship and it will be revealed if they were an Impostor or not. The ejected player and other dead players can continue the game as a ghost, who cannot communicate with living players, kill, or report a dead body. The game ends once a team completes their goal.

Focused 3D mission: The Among Us 3D places you inside a spaceship with a clear goal. You move through a compact 3D environment to find what the ship needs and bring it back. The structure stays simple to reduce confusion and keep your attention on finishing the mission.
Evade dangers while progressing: Threats roam the area while you work toward your objective. You must avoid these killers to keep your run alive and maintain progress. This creates a steady rhythm where you plan a route, watch for danger, and return safely to the ship.
Quick sessions for short breaks: Rounds are short and direct, which makes the game suitable for quick play. You can start a run, attempt the objective, and step away without losing track of what to do next. This approach works well when you want a brief distraction between tasks.
Simple onscreen controls: Movement and interactions use basic touch controls designed for phones. Actions are easy to learn, so you can focus on staying safe and finishing the objective. Because controls are straightforward, new players can settle in without a long learning curve.

Don't vent when you don't need to: VENT HOPPING IS USELESS! What if somebody decides to walk in on you venting at electrical?What if somebody is at admin? JUST DON'T DO IT EXCEPT AFTER KILLING!
Don't kill and immediately selfreport: Reporting too many bodies makes you look stupid, and the whole idea of killing and self reporting is weird. People are going to ask questions, and you are going to look suspicious. If you kill, and run into your own body you murdered 30 sec later, its fine to self report. Should also report if somebody is coming your way, too.
Fake your tasks: This is simple, fake the tasks on your taskbar! (except for the animated ones, if you get an animated task then just fake a short one or something). Faking tasks makes you look normal, which is always good. Don't make up nonsensical tasks (downloading data to admin at the start of the game,) or else you will look stupid. Veteran players can (usually) spot these fakers. Fake long tasks only.Don't kill when cams are flashing red. (It means crewmate(s) are watching.)Lets face it, we have all done this at some point. The little cams on the ceiling will be blinking red. They are outside of security, outside of medbay, in the oxygen hallway, and outside of admin.
Try not to use the vent in admin, cafe, or the oxygen hallway: Cafe is in the open, admin is a high traffic area and the oxy hallway is on cams. When you are in the vent (in the hallway), the camera is out of your vision, so you can't see if somebody's watching or not. This vent is a deathtrap, especially in the earlygame.
ALWAYS sabotage lights after the 4th person is voted out. It is a forced win: People somehow never see this one. When they are 3 people left, killing anyone is a win for the impostor. Therefore, you absolutely must IMMEDIATELY hold a meeting as crewmate, to at least have a 1 in 3 chance of winning. However, meetings can not be held during a crisis/sabotage (do you see where I'm going?) The reason why lights are so important to sabotage is because you can work against your crew by flipping the lights off. This means that you can effectively bypass your kill cooldown while lights are down, leading to a forced win. I am consistently surprised that people don't know about this.(For some weird reason, your kill cooldown does not tick down while fixing your own sabotage. Try to wait a second, flip the switches off, wait a second, etc. Most of the time, your crewmates get annoyed and leave, leading to an easy win (just wait it out, and find where they are on admin and kill them.)

Currently 50/50 on this. I love the idea of this for people who don't have VR, but the voice chat moderation has to go, especially for private lobbies with friends. COD did the same thing and received so much backlash for it. I understand we are trying to make a safer gaming environment for children and soft ass people, but it's ridiculous. Maybe create separate servers based on age groups?
Can we please get an option to disable motion blur??? It's so hard to play this game when its making me nauseous and giving me a migraine at the same time. My friends and I are all very sensitive to motion blur and its a huge bummer when games do not give an option to disable it.
Look at my hours in this game. Yes I know lmfao.I never liked the original that much for some reason, can't quite put my finger on it...but this one clicks for me? Nice time waster.I feel like some of the issues people have with this are a bit blown out of proportion:1.) this game does tend to be slow to start but you will genuinely usually always get a decent lobby if you're willing to wait 510 minutes in one. I create my own usually.2.) 70% of the players you run into will be children (even ones under the age of 13 which the games says isn't allowed lmao) BUT there's some cool adults that play sometimes, and some of the kids are decent enough. If you start the lobby out with 24 people that seem chill, you can literally just communicate to votekick the annoying ones from your lobby. I do it all the time.3.) This game is kind of glitchy, so keep that in mind. For example, some players mics will light up green but you can't hear them. Just tell them to rejoin the lobby. Sometimes, if you start voting out a person and they disconnect or leave in the midst of getting voted, the game might go black.4.) THERE ARE dumb, incel dude bro hackers that use some sort of tool they found on github to ruin the game for people by locking doors whenever they want, kicking people as they see fit, killing everyone immediately, etc. Be wary of these people, report them, communicate with your fellow beans to kick them if you can. You might just have to join a different lobby in hopes they don't follow.5.) when this game came out there was a huge uproar of people complaining that you'd get permabanned for saying any teensy curse word but I cuss all the time in the game and these kids have the most hilarious potty mouths. I think as long as you aren't using slurs like an idiot you aren't going to get banned. (and even then I hear slurs all the time and those people keep joining the lobby again after we kick them lol)I know it seems like I'm complaining about this game but really I'm just telling you what kind of problems you will run into if you're wanting to enjoy it. As evidenced by my hours in the game, I like this game a lot and there's a tremendous amount of fun to be had with the right amount of people. If you're an adult and some other adult or two (or even older teenager) is in the lobby you can generally gently crowd control the youngins into just having a good time and not being so bombastic.
