Strike Force Heroes 3

Strike Force Heroes 3
Introduction

Strike Force Heroes 3 is a popular action-shooting game where players choose from a diverse cast of characters to form teams and undertake various dangerous missions. Throughout the levels, players must remain vigilant, avoiding unpredictable enemies, and skillfully switching between different weapons to showcase their tactics and precision, ultimately eliminating foes to earn victory and rewards. Players can continuously upgrade and unlock new weapons and heroes, allowing them to deal even more damage in each level. The game offers a wealth of customization options, allowing players to flexibly adjust their character's clothing, avatar, and colors to create their own unique character.

Gameplay of Strike Force Heroes 3:

The game has over 60 missions available to play. Each has its own difficulty level. There are 49 main missions and 11 special missions. These special mission allow players to get a new class every time they complete it. It also includes Daily Missions where it would have an available Enemy Level stat so  players can select their squad to play against. When creating a Custom Game, there 2 choices:

Squad Code - A new feature where players can copy their friend's squad code, paste it on theirs and battle against their friend's squad.

It has 8 classes, which some are the same as previous ones and others a combination of them, as well as over 100 perks/flaws/traits, so no hero will be exactly the same. If a hero fights too many battles in a row they could become tired or injured, this is where the new day system comes in.

Unlike previous games, classes aren't customizable and are randomly generated when purchased, as well as giving certain abilities, advantages and disadvantages. There are 3 sets of traits that one can select at levels 5, 10 and 15. As usual, each one can receive a name, and you can optionally rename them.

The heroes, however, aren't able to fight every time. If you send one on a mission too many times in a  row, the hero will be tired and lose certain base stats:

TIRED: The hero will have a hand over their stomach and lose 20% of their stats.

INJURED: The hero will be barely standing with their arms down and lose 50% of their stats.

CRITICAL: The hero will be on the ground, looking like surrendering, and lose 99% of their base stats.

Every time you win a battle, a day will pass, each day a hero will be slightly healed, and you can hire a new hero to assist you in battle, while you can only have a maximum of 5 heroes, come with you at a time it makes for some good squad building and customization, and you can choose the weapons you teammates come with into battle.

Another feature is the ability to swap heroes during battle. Say, a teammate has the flag, do you think you can run it better? Swap and there you go! You will also be getting free items and weapons for completing missions, and if you happen to find a blueprint you can use the workshop to reforge it into a slightly better-than-most gun. These weapons start out at level 1.

The Workshop is a new feature in the game where players are able to make weapons by obtaining blueprints. Players can also choose a weapon of their choice and upgrade it 5 times, increasing ammo, fire rate, accuracy, dowgrading the level and impact. This feature allows players to make weapons instead of visiting the Store and purchase them.

Useful Tips of Strike Force Heroes 3:

Panzer's rocket moves slowly, so if you see someone fire a rocket at you, try to juke it out by jumping at the right time. This strategy can sometimes help you even against faster rockets, such as the SMAWG. Bennett's Doom can also be dodged because they aren't homing but you must jump when they target you and BEFORE they fire as the Bennett's Doom has instant projectile speed. AI also in general tends to fire before they even aim, against enemies with 1-shot-reloading weapons that you know cannot win in direct combat try flanking them to cause them wasting their shot if you believe you are capable of incinerating them between their reloadings.

Giving your Heroes the Healthy and Repair Bots upgrades (or their equipment equivalents) will result in your heroes being almost invincible. The only things that will really be a threat to you are one-shot-kills, so if you see a sniper with L115, AWP, or other weapons with the capacity to kill in one shot, hide behind an obstacle and fire at the enemy. If you combine this with Adrenaline/Life Support then you will become even more OP as it can save you from one-shot kills in most situations.

Juggernaut's ability "I'm The Juggernaut" can deflect projectiles, but instead of deflecting straight back it ricochets upwards, so standing below your enemy is a good strategy to both play as and counter a Juggernaut with those abilities.

Be on the lookout for the custom weapons: Iron Curtain, Crazy Badger, Bennett's Doom, Big Willy, Sky 9 Iron, and the Bam Bam. These weapons are usually considered to be the best in the game currently, so if you see one, grab it!

Vital Bomb does not work, so even Deflective Armor on a Juggernaut is better than this.

Looking for heroes with flaws that do not affect combat performance may be ideal, as flaws other than combat are no longer an issue when a hero reaches max level. Similarly, it may be good to avoid having heroes with Utility Upgrades/Attachments as problems other than battle are of little concern once at max level.

Watch for the minimap in One Man Army. The game does not reconfigure the radar as well as the role of yourself on both the minimap and in the scene, allows you to spot out enemies from afar (labeled as white dots similar to how the game display allies in other game modes). Invisible Ninjas also are still displayed as allies and therefore, enemies that bear Chameleon have a half-transparent body.

Don't point your mouse directly to where you want your shot land at. Instead lower your aim a little bit, the shot will always go higher than the reticle.

Player Comments of Strike Force Heroes 3:

Boredom is hardly ever a good thing. It turns perfectly fine days into monotonous slogs. However, there are a few instances where boredom can lead to something that isn’t entirely awful. Enter flash games, the short and sweet games available at any time in any place. These things have surrounded the newer generations since they first had access to a computer. I have experienced many of these games before, but there is one that has recently caught my interest: Strike Force Heroes 3. This game has the potential to be an impressively enjoyable experience.

This potential shows itself most evidently in its game play. Strike Force Heroes 3 is a shooter game with a secondary focus on RPG elements. In each level, the player is tasked with an objective to conquer, whether it be to capture a point or to destroy a certain amount of enemies. The player can control his or her character with both the arrow and WASD keys and aims with the mouse. With this control setup, the character in the game is able to move and shoot in opposite directions, which is vital in order to conquer the level objectives. The games becomes deeper with the introduction of multiple playable characters. From my experience, all different characters specialize in a different gun and have completely different passive abilities. For example, the original commando the game starts with has an automatic rifle and his passive ability is health regeneration. The next operative I obtained was a gunslinger; she used a handgun, but was not able to regenerate her health. Instead, her passive ability gave increased damage on head shots, which makes her a character a high risk one, but she has the potential to absolutely dominant. However, immediately after this discovery, I was greeted by an unfortunate mechanic: time gating. Instead of having new operatives be held behind levels, Strike Force Heroes 3 only allows the layer to draft a new character once every day. However, despite this setback, the game still has some awesome qualities.

One such quality is the graphical prowess of the game. Despite being only a flash game, Strike Force Heroes 3 has impressive animations with its characters as well as pretty cut scenes. I use the word “pretty” deliberately though. The game is not going to astound the player with its beauty; rather, the graphics of the game serve to support the great game play. The opening cut scenes have a retro pixelated look to them. It feels like they came from a more modern Ninja Gaiden game. The graphics while in the game, however, look quite good as well. Like I said, the games art style is not looking to impress anyone; it’s only trying to be adequate, but it actually exceeds that benchmark by a small margin. Strike Force Heroes 3 looks great. The backgrounds serve to create a believable background for the player to run around in, and the different particle effects coming off of the bullets being fired add to the atmosphere as well. The game is not amazing nor mediocre, but right in the middle.

Overall, Strike Force Heroes 3 provides a good deal of fun in a good looking world. It is not the best playing game or the best looking game, but it hits the goals it sets for itself, and because of that, it is an enjoyable time. It is definitely something one can jump in to for a few minutes if he or she is bored, and that makes this game a success.

Final Verdict:

Strike Force Heroes 3 is a popular flash shooter adapted for mobile devices with multiple game modes and RPG mechanics. Players can enjoy missions to hone their shooting skills, a large collection of interesting heroes, a sophisticated customization system, secret achievements, and exciting rewards.
