Out of Touch! is a story-driven casual game where players follow protagonist CJ as he reunites with his childhood friends and gets caught up in various supernatural events and adventures. In each life-or-death crisis, will players part ways or rediscover themselves and rekindle past friendships? It's all up to the player's choices. Different choices in various events will advance the plot, allowing players to build new bonds with their friends, engage in deeper interactions, and unlock various sensual animations. The game will be continuously updated, releasing more interesting storylines and intimate animations, so stay tuned!

The game is good. It's slow and got a lot of pointless transitions that make reading it kind of cumbersome, but the game is funny and addicting to read. I think the shitty melodrama and constant pointless dialogue to slow down the pacing of the story is unbearable though. I like what I'm reading here as of right now, but so far the Jaime arc has been miserable. All of these problems and conflicts were easily preventable if people were just willing to have a few conversations but it seems everyone in this setting is actually just retarded for the bit, which is fine because it plays into the comedy, it just makes the more serious moments hard to vibe with.Other than those critiques it feels like a pulpy Japanese LN that I don't mind binging, and I've been reading it nonstop for hours and don't plan on stopping. I love it but am annoyed by it as well.

Very few games deserve a true 5 out 5 rating. This is one of them.The writing is excellent, the story is captivating and original and the sheer style is off the charts.So much heart and soul has been poured into this project. It won't resonate with everyone, but if it does you're going to laugh and cry in equal measure (sometimes at the same time) chapter after chapter and it's an adventure you'll never forget.Fair warning though, if you're here to fap or for a 'porn game' this isn't the game for you. There are some very hot scenes, but it's not the focus of the game.

Because other reviews already did this, i wont write a full analyze. Instead i want to tell everyone reading this (hoping someone cares), that this game is a unique story-rich experience with over 50+ chapters (as of now) and great Development, but it can get very long and frustrating. And while some readers may give up at the start, i want to reach out to all who are unsure or angry: pls keep it up and read at least half of it. A lot of stuff gets explained later on and although some critics say that this is standard fanservice and that the mc is stupid, i asure you things will make sense in the grand picture.

It's clearly a well made game, but I have to major issues that are too difficult to ignore. The excessive dialogue and clicking practically doubles the playtime unnecessarily, and the MC is the least likable MC of any f95 game I've played. It's only getting 3 stars, because the creator is clearly very talented.

Now Why are we spending so much time and effort rebuilding the game in Unity?

If you’ve played Ch15, you’ve realized this isn’t just a simple VN. Surprise it’s a real video game. The mechanics present in Ch15 are barely a tutorial for the real game to come and even that was already pushing Ren’py far past it’s limits, to the point that the Android version was permanently broken.

This Unity rebuild will allow us not only to make the gameplay as strong and fun as we always wanted, but it will also allow us to bring the game BACK to Android. Seeing as how prior to the 1.0 release Android players made up around 50% of our player base, this is a big deal for us.

Of course with anything like this, there will be bugs to iron out and other issues to fix. Please let us know any problems you find and we will get them fixed. If you’ve played the Ren’py version and there’s something new or different in the Unity build that you don’t like, tell us! My goal is for the transition from Ren’py to Unity to be as seamless as possible and I want all wanted functionality from Ren’py to remain.

Final words:

Out of Touch! plays as a linear visual novel, moving through CJ's story chapter by chapter without branching choices to manage. Scenes are told through 3D-rendered art and voiced, animated sequences that carry the friend group from everyday school life into confrontations with the paranormal threat closing in around them. Progress comes from reading forward through the narrative rather than directing outcomes.
