The entire game has been ported to a more up-to-date version of the software we use, adding numerous quality-of-life improvements and enhanced performance, making it compatible with more devices and reducing lag on less powerful ones.

Online mode in Pokémon Centers, allowing you to battle and trade with your friends.

New game modes. Nuzlocke and Randomlocke modes are now much more customizable, with numerous parameters you can adjust. You'll also have new modes like VGC Mode, which makes all battles in the game double battles, and Reverse Mode, which reverses the type chart throughout the game.

The ability to see wild Pokémon on routes, similar to Let's Go. This also allows you to chain Shiny Pokémon and see them on the map. Additionally, there's a new type of Shiny Pokémon called Super Shiny, which is much rarer than regular Shiny Pokémon.
