Asphalt 8: Airborne is a popular racing game with over 400 vehicles and motorcycles to choose from. Race against players worldwide on over 70 tracks and experience the thrill of speed. Gameplay:

The gameplay is similar to that of Asphalt 7: Heat, with the player given four control options: "Tilt to steer" (auto-acceleration with movement controlled by tilting the device), "Tilt and icons" (manual acceleration via an on-screen icon, with movement controlled by tilting the device), "On-screen controls" (auto-acceleration with movement controlled by an on-screen virtual steering-wheel), and "Tap to steer" (auto-acceleration with movement controlled by tapping the side of the screen).

The five-star rating system with primary and secondary objectives, first introduced in Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, was also used in Asphalt 7 and Asphalt 8. Three stars are awarded for finishing in first place, two for second, and one for third. Achieving secondary objectives, such as performing a given number of stunts or knocking down opponents, awards the player with two additional stars. In the Moto Blitz and Championship modes, players must complete primary objectives to unlock secondary ones. Obtaining stars in an event is cumulative; players who finished first in an event without completing the secondary objectives may replay the race and obtain a five-star rating even if the primary objectives are not met.

Tracks in the game feature more ramps than previous entries in the series, increasing the frequency of aerial maneuvers. In addition to performing standard jumps, the player can also perform flat spins (by drifting off of a ramp) and barrel rolls (by driving off of a curved ramp). It is also possible to perform a barrel roll by driving with half the car on a normal ramp. All jumps earn a boost; the longer the airtime, the more boost earned. Destroying obstacles such as barriers and lamp posts, and hitting or near-missing traffic cars, also earns boost. Another new feature, which replaces the "Adrenaline Mode" from Asphalt 6 and 7, is the ability to perform a "Perfect Nitro". When the player activates the boost, a small red zone appears on the boost bar. If the player activates the boost again when the boost meter is in the red zone, the boost will become stronger, lasting until the player runs out of boost, brakes, crashes, or hits a ramp.

Strategies:

Know ALL the tricks n troll moves of the game. It’s literally a troll-ception so understand intimately how this game tricks you next-dimensionally will be beneficial in your success, your enjoyment of the game, and your overall emotional stability. Also, we players have tricks too.

Best rule: Have fun. If it’s not fun, I change something. For example: I wasn’t enjoying the repetitive competition so I stopped competing for leaderboard rewards in most MPEs. Now I only compete once for tokens rewards. An exception is for MPE car assembly cups! I smash on those hard (which is why saving up resources is GREAT for those special moments.) Another example: I don’t take MP as seriously now. Mainly because the system is purposefully garbaged. I’ll wait till my tickets build up around 25-50, Extra Tank about it and knock out 30-45 mins here and there, do all the daily tasks, maybe take some hits in rank, and in the last days of the MP season I’ll strictly Vulcan about it, and land solidly in PRO (this pattern will change with the SLK SE now in my garage!) I also don’t bother myself with all the various MP tricks to help insure a better race. I usually triple tap the first choice when selecting MP options. I also like racing free race to help others out and give some fun competition.

Stay emotionally detached. Again, not necessarily a rule for all, although if you ever drive ishy when it counts, and amazing when there’s no pressure, than maybe consider exploring this one more. I also mean: dealing with the game intentionally tricking you. When the RIP ROD event trolled in Iceland, I quit the event but was not triggered, and I continued enjoying the game. I’ve been trolled by this PHBC R&D over and over but haven’t once been tempted to spend tokens. I use to rage so hard when a R&D gave me one less QC on purpose, just to get me to spend tokens. Not so much now. It still bothers me, but I definitely care less. I have more patience at those “rage inducing” tests, or even accept not winning the vehicle in the case of the Hayabusa. But my progression in the game allowed me to give up on the Rod and the Hayabusa without it being a devastating thing for me. I was okay with losing the credits, and gaining tokens and BPs or fusion resources. Which leads to:

Redefine the game’s definition of success to one of your own. For a random TLE, don’t go all in for top positions and upgrade a car using the very same mid techs you’re trying to win, while in the process depleting your V8 stash, that you’ll probably need for completing that upcoming Championship or R&D.I just played the featured F1 XP-5 TLE once for the 7 tokens rewards, done! If the Leaderboard had more attainable token rewards maybe would have tried again for a better time.

Do everything. Though I’ve reduced my time per day playing A8, and what I do participate in is often low key trying, I’ll do everything this game has to offer including playing ads as I do chores around the house.

Play with a friend or family member on the same account. I don’t do this but it’s been mentioned on here, and it’s brilliant. Often games can be isolating, so I love the idea of sharing this fun but time-taxing experience with another person who you can trust (only if they’re good lulz)

Set a minimum resource amount and continually up that amount. For me that goal is now set at 20 million and 20k tokens. Overall this goal driven mindset allows you to be ready, resource wise, for whatever GL throws at us.

Capitalize on your resources. Boost wisely, and string Daily Tasks, TLEs, MPEs, MP, together. The Extra Tank is one of the least used boost and usually only gets use once I’ve built up a lot of MP tickets, or there’s a MPE or TLE that’s worth triple boosting for. More on wise resource spending: if you’re gonna be playing an event over and over, or just playing a lot throughout the day, why not double credits about it? Farming doesn’t have to be a one track grind fest.

this game is one of the best mobile racing games I've found in terms of stability, function, ad frequency and overall performance over several different devices over a few years. it is online but honestly feels like a single player and is quite relaxing. I recommend it for people who like to just jump in and go play as well as the more technical and dedicated players familiar with the game. races are quick most times and fun, or there's longer gauntlets for experienced players. truly worth it.

I relieved Asphalt 8 is offline even it has 3.6 GB but install 121 MB, more than 100 (only 165, not 300+) cars with real brands, longer racetracks, have motorcycle carriers beside car carrier, unlike Asphalt Xtreme on Netflix, it need subscription, online, less car and shorter tracks, yet Asphalt Legends (aka Asphalt 9), already online even greater graphic than Asphalt 8, it have narrow and shorter racetrack, even have difficult control to turn a car, I keep playing 8 than Legends or Xtreme.

I like the graphics it's awesome I alredy have 5,416. + 80 tokens and I need 6,000 for one of the fastest car. It's really enjoyable because of it's arcade form, good quality. Aphalt 8 has nitro (bottled in every race) and good circuits. And anyone can play ofline. So five stars for Asphalt 8 it's definitely the 3rd best racing game, even 1st best ofline (opcional) racing game, too good.

Honestly this is a very nice and fun game to play for who like cars and lover racing. What don't like is that I get last place in the game but very high quality that's what l like very much and I wish that like you can get chased by police to make it more fun. I also like the bike also sooo underrated so fun, what l also don't like that you have pay a token even some of us don't have that much but overall it's good. Recommend you to get it!!!.

Conclusion:

Overall, Asphalt 8: Airborne has changed very little from the previous version, with the same philosophy and gameplay as before. What's changed are the environments and cars, the even more spectacular slow motion, and springboards located around the circuit. It’s a must-try addition to the game series where its long-time fans are guaranteed hours of fun while they take part in many solo or multiplayer competitions.
