Don’t Spend Money On The Vending Machine; It Can Only Give You New Playing FiguresIn Board Kings, there are dozens upon dozens of new playing figures (called totems) to unlock. They won’t give you any bonus, nor will they grant you more coins for stepping on houses or onto a bank. You can unlock new figures by stepping onto the vending machine. The machine will give you free gifts from time to time, but in most cases, it will ask for 30 gems in order to give you a prize. Since prizes contain exclusively new figures, it’s better to not spend hard earned gems on them, and use the vending machine only if there’s an option for a free prize. When Arrested, It’s Better To Pay The Fine Than To Spend Rolls For Trying To Roll DoublesWhen you visit other player boards, you can get arrested by stepping on the tile occupied by a police car.

You’ll end up getting arrested and the only way of getting free is to roll doubles. The game will give you an option to pay a certain amount of coins in order to get out of the prison.Since rolling double is pretty hard, and for that, you’ll need a lot of rolls we recommend you to pay the coin fine instead of trying to roll doubles. The fines usually cost just a couple of hundred of coins, which you can earn again with just a few rolls. It’s certainly better than spending precious rolls in order to get a double. Don’t Watch Ads, They Aren’t Worth Your TimeBoard Kinks will offer you to watch ads in order to get additional rolls. Watching ads to get prizes is helpful in most other games offering the option since the prizes can be quite helpful.

Sadly that’s not the case in Board Kings.You see, the ads usually last half a minute, and the prize is just one additional roll! Watching a video ad for half a minute just to be able to roll dice one more time is a bad offer. Just don’t waste your time on ads, the prize is too humble. The only time this could help you is when you are a couple of hundreds of coins short to buy a house upgrade. Only then watching ads can do you any good, because with one roll you can earn up to a thousand coins.So, if you need a couple of hundred of coins but you have left without rolls, watch an ad. In all other situations, refuse the offer.

Save Up Gems To Buy Extra RollsGems are the luxurious in-game currency. They can be earned by stepping on the Gem bank, or won when visiting other player boards. They can also be bought for real money, and 80 gems will give you ten additional rolls.

While this looks like a poor deal, sometimes it can be a life-saving offer.Save up your gems and spend them to buy extra rolls only when you really need those rolls. For instance, you ran out of rolls, but have almost the exact number of coins needed for an upgrade. Or when you need just a few extra rolls in order to send a couple of more cop cars out before exiting the game.Remember, this can be of huge help but use it only when really need to. This way you’ll be able to spend all of your coins before leaving the game, making your board less interesting for other players to invade it.Thank you for reading our Board Kings Guide. Absolutely amazing game. Have played for at least 2 years or more ranking up to level 216. For at least the last year or so I’ve been hoping for improvements to make the game better but it only seems to be getting worse. I was hoping once I reached the maximum number of landmarks to place which was 16 at the time, that I would eventually be able to place more and more as my levels went up. Nope. About a year ago they actually lowered it to 15 landmarks allowed on the board which just makes no sense as players are saving gems (and some probably buy them) to get these landmarks and you can’t even level up high enough to use them! Silly concept. Now I’m up to the most recent board that is shaped like a right turn arrow and it’s worse again! Now you can only place 1 landmark that requires 2 tiles instead of 2. For some reason it won’t let me place certain landmarks on tiles next to each other. For example, my 2 bunny landmarks that instantly roll dice x3 can’t be placed next to each other. AND apparently the buildings on my board that can be occupied or damaged by other players can’t have landmarks placed on some of them. Just really weird stuff going on and instead of trying to make this game better and more enjoyable they are going the other way. If this landmark thing doesn’t get fixed soon I’m going to have to find another game. Still 5 star review because of how much I USED to love this game and the hope that they can turn this back around. Love love love the frequent board updates as I have been at the max board available for at least a year or so. 

I have had this game since it first came out and I’m not happy with the changes to the sticker albums.  Now we can’t gift anything with 3 stars or more, and this is over half the stickers! Now that it’s almost impossible to complete the album by asking friends for missing stickers, I’m far LESS inclined to spend money in an effort to get those last few stickers.  Please go back to the old system where it was just 4 and 5 stars that couldn’t be gifted.  And while you’re at it, add a feature that will tell you if your friend is missing a sticker you have available because I’m tired of sharing screenshots of each page to help my friends with their albums.Another change I don’t like is that we can’t always purchase the idolz that match the board we’re on if we haven’t achieved a certain level.  I like to use a matching idol when I’m on a board.  So far I’ve had at least one idol for every board I’ve reached since I was able to buy them before the change, but I know there are new boards being added all the time so I’m sure I will end up on one that I won’t have an idol for.  Plus, new players won’t have the same opportunity I had to buy idolz for every board they end up on.  Even if there’s only one matching idol box in the vending machine at any given time, at least this would allow us a chance to get one matching idol for our board. 

This is overall a great game. I would definitely recommend it and give it 5 stars. I love how I can visit my friends boards. However, I do have some requests. I don’t know if this is possible, but there is already an option where you can sign in with Facebook. It would be nice if there were other options, for example: Instagram or Snapchat. It would be nice, because as a younger person, I’m not into Facebook. I also enjoy collecting the card packs. On the other hand, when it switches to a new card pack set, I lose all my extra cards. So, it would be nice if my extra cards would automatically be transferred into rolls instead of I just lose them. One last thing is it would be great to add another mini game. I had just an idea that it would be fun to have some type of claw machine to earn more dice because sometimes I find myself running out of dice rather quickly. It would of course be it’s own tile and look different than the mini game tile. When landing on the tile, it would be cool if it took you to a claw machine where you can wager diamonds for more rolls. Or it could be free, but with a harder chance of landing on the tile. For example, it could appear only a couple hours a day at random, making it a harder chance to land on. I personally think this would be a fun addition to the game.

Getting coins and gems is key to upgrading your board and getting new stuff. Power cards are super helpful when things get hard, and you can change your character with different idols to make it even more fun. With Board Kings, there's always a prize to get, and every dice roll can mean something great.
