It’s my job, ma’am..: Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.

We need backup: Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.

In the early game, a good thing to do is to get as many police units as you can. You will use them a LOT.When you get further into the game you should start buying EMS and fire units.

Medical motorcycles and police motorcycles are very important in the game. For small incidents does not need an arrest, you can use the police bike, as it can't hold suspects. For search calls that need medical attention, like a lost child call, you can use the medical bike to not use your ambulances and keep them available for more urgent calls.

Hire dispatchers, but not for every district. They will help you a lot in the late game but you shouldn't have them in every district.

Have a fast response team at standby. For example, have 2-3 medical bikes, 2-3 police bikes, and a brush truck. Make these unusable for AI dispatchers. If a dispatcher needs more units or if the district doesn't have enough resources, use them manually to help the dispatchers.

In natural disasters, mix every unit. Send the closest unit to every call, so there are less casualties.

The developer called me in-game to ask for feedback on how to improve it. 100% recommend. Very fun and addicting game though some scenario missions do need to be a bit balanced as it's almost impossible to win them even on the lower difficulty but it's a very good game if you liked 911 operator this is an upgrade.

This game feels exactly like how I feel when I'm on duty taking calls, so please only play this if you never ever were an call agent or if you want to know the stress and urgency of what it feels put it on expert, they expect to perform 100% on every call on 150-200 calls per day obnoxious and disgusting.

The UI is smooth, nice to look at, fairly intuitive but the tutorial will ensure you'll have it under your thumbs in no time.112 Operator Mod is actually quite informative. The developers did their research properly (far beyond Wkipedia)But, that aside, the game plays in operator sessions, like in real life, that is in 12 hour shifts, here its roughly 30 minutes in-game depending on how fast you play. You can pause, play in slow, fast or very fast speeds which have all been well implemented.You get random events. The major three domains are; firefighters, police and medical ambulances and you need to assess the situation to know what you'll send and in what way.So use your brain, stay sharp, and keep things from going haywire, 112 Operator Mod is a good and informative game.
