Modern Warships: Naval Battles is an action-strategy game focused on naval warfare. Players will pilot various types of modern warships, such as aircraft carriers, cruisers, and destroyers, forming fleets with friends to fight against other players. You need to accurately predict the enemy's battle line movement and use the ship's onboard weapons, such as missiles and torpedoes, to destroy enemy warships and win naval battles. Earn rich rewards to upgrade your warships and weapons. All warships in the game are based on real-world warship data, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Lead your warships to participate in various ranked matches and tournament modes to obtain even greater rewards.
Main mode: This is the most common mode in modern warships. It is divided into team deathmatch, domination, deathmatch, and air combat, and you can choose between online and offline.Online mode is literally a mode where you fight against users. Therefore, there may be differences in ping, such as using flares to avoid missiles or having the damage come back a little later even though air defense has done enough damage, and when the server is unstable, the ship may move back and forth at an absurd speed or stutter. If there are not enough users during matching, it can be filled with bots, and the map is randomly assigned.Offline mode is a mode comprised only of bots that, unlike users, do not have user IDs or like buttons. I don't know if it was intentional, but the bots' air defense is so strong that they can easily destroy multiple missiles. However, bots have no upgraded ships and armament at all, and their movement paths are very simple. They can freely select and play maps, so they are often used to earn dollars and gold.
Team deathmatch: It is a 5-on-5 battle mode. The ships of each faction are randomly assigned and placed at a designated spawn point at the end of the map, and if they are destroyed, the game ends without resurrection. The time limit is 10 minutes, and you win if you destroy all of the opposing team within the time limit or if there are more people left than the opposing team when the time limit ends.
Domination: Just like Team Deathmatch, it is a 5-on-5 battle, but there are capture points A, B, and C on three maps. There are 500 tickets for each faction, and the opposing side's tickets are consumed according to the number of bases occupied. In this way, the side that uses up all of the opponent's tickets or has more tickets within the 10-minute time limit wins.Uniquely, you are given three lives, and if you are destroyed, it takes approximately 5 seconds to respawn, and then you are resurrected at the spawn point with an invincible shield for a certain period of time.
Air warfare: This mode can only be played when you select an aircraft carrier or assault aircraft carrier. As the name suggests, 3-on-3 battles are fought using only aircraft carriers. There is a certain amount of tickets for each faction, and if a naval aircraft is shot down, the tickets are reduced slightly, and if the ship is sunk, the tickets are greatly reduced. In this way, the one who uses up the opponent's tickets first wins.
Ranked Mode: This mode is also called ranked battle, and the overall aspect is mostly the same as the team deathmatch of the main mode. However, there are such things as tiers and rank points. The tiers are in the order of Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum/Diamond, and within each tier there are three detailed tiers of 200 points each. The season lasts for a month and is largely divided into four weeks. In each week, there are four bonus ship types that give additional points for a win and reduce the points lost for a loss. Each bonus ship type can receive a bonus up to 15 times, after which the score is calculated the same as for ship types other than the bonus ship type.At the end of the season, rank season coins appropriate for the final tier are settled. The Gold tier is given 110/150/200 respectively, the Platinum tier is given 275/375/500 respectively, and the Diamond tier is given 650/825/1000 respectively, and from the Platinum tier and above, n-season Platinum/Diamond titles are additionally given. The rank season coins received in this way can be used to purchase ships, equipment, customization items, etc. at a separate store called the rank store. Ranked Battle Coins are also given depending on your performance in Ranked Battles, and these coins can also be used to purchase Ranked Season Coins and Ranked Protection Rights in other items of the Ranked Store.

If you see a ACV player on enemy team level 45 and above, try to tag along for effectvie AA. Otherwise you will be bombarded in seconds.
Tagging along with other players is generally a good idea till you can buy top ships and equipments and get experience.
Some people say that that their ego tells them to go alone and attack first - just don't. There's nothing more satisfying for our than obliterating an idiot and see huge cloud of fire over their ship.
Repair kits and flares are super-important. Timely use can make or break the game.
But don't flare as soon as you see 1 or 2 missiles in the sky. Let them come half your way , and then flare.
If you see belgorod, run. ( I have been able to kill belgorod and survive only a few times)
Situation - you see an enemy player hiding behind a rock. Don't be the first one to move ahead and expose yourself. Instead let him expose his bow and then immediately fire grenade and cannons till you can missile lock it.
Till the enemy players are spotted, don't go out in the open. Otherwise, you will see barrage of missiles, grenade and cannon projectiles from invisible ships from all directions.
Goal as a newbie - Learn to remain till the last of the game. Don't panic thinking that if you don't attack with others in the beginning, you will end up alone in the end. Just try to survive till the last. Hide and then attack, hide and repeat. As the great Kirk lazarus said - "SURVIVE"
Do not try to overfocus on damage from missiles. Try to improve the accuracy of grenades and cannons - fire them in the direction in which the enemy ship is moving - if ship is moving forward right then target the bow. Similarly if the ship is retreating behind the rock- try to hit just near the rock so it can hit the bow.
While choosing the equipments - reload time is essential - eg There are some missiles with larger damage potential than Scalp. But Scalp has a reload of only 7 seconds - even if enemy flares you can fire it very soon.
Hiding from submarines is kind of easy - just use flare for missiles and try to shoot down the incoming torpedoes through grenades while looking for cover behind a rock.
Do not waste away your helicopter in the beginning. It can come in handy in the last minutes of game to irritate the enemy player.
Every map has specific spawn points. Play a few times and and you will get it.
Situation - your ship has only 50k health remaining. You would think - "just fuck it man, I will attack the enemy ship and atleast try to deal some last moment damage before dying ." Don't do it. If you can get cover behind a rock even for 3-4 seconds, try to get it and wait for the repair kit to become available. This last minute hope can really change the game around sometimes.

I have played this for long time i am veteran i played 2 yrs since launch. the game is very fun however it has massive massive pay to win elements the reason i initiallly left tbh playing recently andf the steam its not bad like last time there no one shot kill bomber or strike fighter there atleast . however the ships is still a lot p2w and components it can be minimised with grinding but yes .would say its worth the try i am based i have investments long ago on mobile version.
Since I last played 3-4 months ago there has been a few updates and you seemed to have fixed the issues I spoke of in my first review. The battles I just experienced were spot on as far as match making goes. Now this is a truly great game and I will be spending some money on to upgrade my ship. A tip for new players, Don't go flying first into battle straight up the middle and follow the bulk of your fleet in whatever direction they take. Thanks for listening to the player base!
This is the best game I have ever played in my life. The missile launches, cannon sounds, animations, graphics felt like this game is made for me. BUT, I HAVE AN PROBLEM. It is the frequent UPDATES. You see, I live in Upper Region Myanmar, where the internet is just slow(the conventional wifi network is cut off because of terrorists and we have to rely on satellite wifi). So when I have to update the game I have to spend at least one day to play again. Is anyone have problems like me?
This game is incredible! It has wonderfully detailed models, prototype weaponry, many objectives to complete instead of plain fighting, different game modes, rewarding events, and more. I just have one complaint and it's that the majority of Pan Spatial vehicles and other prototypes are locked behind a paywall, which is unfortunate since they are the coolest of the game.
All in all, Modern Warships: Naval Battles slaps hard if you're looking for a deep, visually stunning, and adrenaline-fueled mobile shooter that actually respects your time. Whether you’re soloing or rolling with your squad, every match feels like a fresh chapter in your personal legend of the high seas. So, if you've ever dreamed of being the big boss out on the water, steering a battleship straight into action? This is your call to the bridge, captain.
