Hay Day is a farming simulation game where players can grow crops and feed livestock. As the player performs actions in the game, they earn experience points and level up, unlocking new crops, goods, livestock and other features.

The main currency is coins, which are used to purchase production buildings, livestock, trees and bushes, and decorations from the main store. Coins may also be used to purchase goods from other players' roadside shops. Diamonds are the premium currency and can be used to boost production time and purchase upgrade items.

To sell goods in exchange for coins and experience points, players must build production buildings. Each product requires a certain amount of ingredients, which may include crops, animal products, and/or goods from other production buildings. Players can unlock numerous ways to sell their goods, such as through truck orders, boat orders, and town visitors.

Crops are stored in the player's silo, while goods are stored in the player's barn. If a player hits their silo's or barn's capacity, they may upgrade its storage with a certain amount of rare items. Rare items can be obtained through regular gameplay, events, store purchases, and more.

Useful Tips of Hay Day:

Don't run out of crops, except for wheat, corn and carrots, as these can all be bought very cheaply from other players in the daily dirt.

Plant crops that take a long time to grow such as tomatoes or strawberries or tea leaves before you go to bed, work or school, as well as making goods that take a long time to make. ensure your animals are fed too.

When your farm needs help with a boat or truck order or in the town, put an item for sale in the daily dirt that is unlocked at a high level relative to the one you're at (as high a level as possible) but takes little resources to make (eg. green tea). Advertising high level items means the advert will only be shown to high level players who are more likely to be able to help you with your orders.

Don't bother producing eggs. To make 18 chicken feed on a fully mastered machine takes 24 minutes, which is longer than chickens take to lay eggs, so you will have to constantly produce chicken feed in the feed mill instead of making feed for other animals if you don't want your chickens to go hungry. Since eggs are relatively cheap, I prefer to buy them from the daily dirt.

I find that the fastest selling crops are cotton, sugar cane and soybeans. Plant and sell again and again for max price (not as easy for cotton as it takes 2.5h to grow). Similarly to the tip above, produce cotton fabric, brown sugar or cow feed (you will need to buy corn but this often only costs 1 coin for 10). Since these are very useful items, use them yourself or resell if desired.

Chili popcorn, bacon and eggs, red berry cake, wooly chaps, violet dress, rustic bouquet, tofu dog and any products from the dairy or sugar mill sell quickly and for a good price and take few resources to make, so these are worth producing and selling.

Of all the trees and bushes, apple trees are the most profitable. Like all trees and bushes, apple trees provide 13 fruit, which can be sold for a profit of 354 coins per tree (considering the tree costs 160 coin). If you're low on space in your farm, don't plant too many trees, as you won't have enough saws to chop them down and will end up with a "graveyard" of trees which takes up lots of space and is very ugly.

If you see anything in the daily dirt sold for considerably less than maximum price (-100 coins at least unless your level is very low), buy them all and resell. whilst this is not a sustainable way to make money, you can earn hundreds or thousands of coins for no effort.

Think of anything in hayday as a primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary or quinary goods. This refers to how many machines were used to make that good.

This game is awesome! This game is like City Vile but in IoS! Really good game! And the better: ITS FREE! Great game, this should be played to every IoS member. But... I don´t like the space in house (i don´t know). So, i will give 9 to 10.  (sorry for bad english i´m portuguese so...)

Running a farm is hard and often thankless work—unless that farm happens to be an adorable piece of virtual land overseen by a helpful, chatty scarecrow. Swiping across plots of land to harvest crops, feed livestock and manufacture goods is pleasantly relaxing, and growing your tiny farm into a booming business is a hugely satisfying achievement. Silly characters, cute critters and a variety of things to plant, reap, build and sell make Hay Day easy to pick up and tough to put down.

I love this game! Makes me smile a lot - all these interactions with another players, pretty decorations, constant updates! I just can’t get enough of it. Also - comparing to another games with diamonds/gems, this game doesn’t let you feel left-out if you don’t want to spend real money on it! You can get diamonds for doing really fun, encouraging tasks and events. I just ADORE HayDay.

This app is such an amazing thing! I got it for about five years and I still didn’t delete it. But there is one problem.I don’t know it is only on my devices or everywhere, but when I want to buy any pack, diamonds or coins and I buy them they doesn’t show in the app, like if someone would take money and don’t give the product. But other than that it’s amazing!
