In Defending Lydia Collier, players take on the role of a young lawyer who is retained by Lydia to defend her mysteriously missing businessman husband. Players accompany Lydia through the entire process, from police questioning to court trial, making wise decisions to help Lydia obtain an acquittal. I wanted to give a 4 because of the walkthrough but i could not...1st Star for the work of the developer you have to repeat the game many times to get the sex scenes but the girls are worth it...2nd Star The girls and their kinks you dont get bored...3rd Star the renders while they look old in contrast with the new games are still top rating for when the game went out...4th Star the story is interesting and you have to keep your eyes open...5th Star all the girls have depth they have their own character but we can still heh heh corupt them good stuff.The guide the only problem i have is the guide we are at 20ver and the guide is at 16 also i think we need 2 guides one for the path and the other for the teams.Anyway if the game is complete in the future and is on steam i wont hesitate to buy it dev you made a diamond...THANKS.

One of the best DAZ visual novels there is, good writing, likable characters and nice looking renders just good stuff all around.There isn't really a harem path. Instead, the game splits off early, and you focus on essentially one of three paths. This is one of those rare scenarios where doing multiple playthroughs actually feels worthwhile.Although if there was a complaint, it would be with the computer minigame stuff. If you want to succeed in the investigation, you need to read certain articles, or you will do poorly. It is really unintuitive, and there is very little feedback as to how things are going.Personally, Ellie's route is the best one, as you do get a little bit of a harem vibe going if you pick her.

I like how diverse the paths in this game. Usually in other vn games it just had like one - two themes going on but in here you have many options ,there's a path for those who like the kinkiest girls, there's corruption, there's wholesome or you can be a bastard. . There's maybe more but I didn't try most of the paths yet but I'm liking what i already did. Story is also great and very much engaging, it never gets boring. The problem i had for this game is that sex scenes doesn't really have any animations, it's just a slide show, not really typical for today's avn games, it compensates from the kinky talk but only if you chose the kinky path.

For a long time I've had my doubts about this game. Especially since it splits up into many different story lines (which makes it hard to have enough content for the game to feel fleshed out).But imo, the game has finally reached a point where enough of the story lines are developed for the game to feel complete. And although it does have some bugs and still lacks animations. To me at least, this game is now a top 10 contender.Edit: I do agree with the post below. The whole research did not add anything to the game for me (so I just skip it). I understand the intention behind it. But I can't be bothered to read a wall of text in the hopes to find a clue.
