Monster Girl Dreams

Monster Girl Dreams
Introduction

Monster Girl Dreams is a text-based adventure game in which you play as an adventurer embarking on a journey across a continent teeming with monster girls. Your goal is to defeat and completely subjugate the monster girls you encounter, amassing great wealth and building a harem in the process. The game features turn-based combat where victory is achieved through deep interaction with the monster girls; you must expend energy and mental stamina to unleash various skills to defeat them, earning experience points to upgrade your abilities and stats. Of course, should you fail, you will find yourself overpowered and ravished by the monster girls. The game is constantly updated and optimized, with new monster girls and intimate animations regularly added to keep the experience fresh and exciting for players.

Gameplay of Monster Girl Dreams:

Gameplay in Monster Girl Dreams is driven by a single-player role-playing campaign where your character engages in turn-based combat encounters with monster girls on their way through the continent of Lucidia to reach the Demon Queen. To do so, the player does not use conventional combat found in other RPGs, as violence is impossible in the continent. Instead, the player sexually pleasures their opponents in combat to win. This combat system is what defines the game as a battle-fuck RPG (abbreviated BFRPG).

Players will use various sexual moves they learn to try to make their opponent climax first. The amount of times the player or monster girl will have to climax will vary on player build and what enemy they're combating. Combat encounters typically occur while on an adventure in a new Location.

Arousal is the game's equivalent of a health bar. As the fighting does not involve any violence, rather it is determined by how sexually aroused you are. It starts at zero and, when full (in combat or most events), you lose 1 Spirit while the Arousal bar is reset. Resting and any source of "healing" in the game will also lower the bar. In some situations, you'll also have the opportunity to safely ejaculate without losing Spirit.

Energy is the game's equivalent of a mana/magic bar. Most skills need Energy to use. Certain event choices may also drain Energy, and it can also be used to overcome failed Stat Checks. Certain items, skills, as well as resting will help restore Energy.

Spirit represents the player's life energy, as well as how many times they can ejaculate. If the player runs out of Spirit, they are defeated and the battle ends. Same goes for enemies, though the vast majority of enemies only have one Spirit.

Changelog:

Remember to load your save from the town square.

On desktop (i.e. Linux, Mac, or PC), always install the game into a fresh folder (unless it's patch data) to avoid issues. Saves are stored in a separate location, so they're safe.

On mobile, install the new APK, which will update the old one. Don't uninstall the old APK first, as this will erase your saves.

Player Comments of Monster Girl Dreams:

It's an amazing game with good storytelling, characters, and the erotic scenes are well written. I've replayed the game many times with different builds. I highly recommend anyone who doesn't mind reading a lot of text to play this game.

Very interesting idea but as of writing its still on alpha so there's not that many things to do. If they add a lot of interesting sex scenes this can be a great game. I like that you have a modding interface since the beginning, if the community pick it up and increase the content it will be amazing.

I wanted to rate 3.5, but if I am to choose between 3 and 4 I lean to 4 on account of this game living up to its potential (I played v. 27.2 Alpha).I want to start with upsides: this game is pretty great at the role playing aspect, writing is also really good and world building is consistent from what I've seen. I also appreciated the visuals and the jokes are very good. When I first tried it out I was enamored by the world and really would have loved to see the full version. On the downsides. The way combat and specifically some of the boss and later game fights work - they give the enemy advantage in the way that makes these fights very annoying and tedious to do and this design holds consistent from what I've seen, unless you hold the stats advantage which isn't an interesting way to design fights and encourages quitting the game (which was exactly why I did) more than it makes for an incentive to grind for stats. Perks seem to not be very well balanced because generally skills are poorly balanced.

Some of the fetish content is not going to be for everyone as well as the way romance work and at various encounters I wished for more options of interacting with npc, specifically "event perk-related" as these are super binary (you are either total overpowered dominator or submissive wuss, nothing in between and I resonate with neither extreme, but be warned if you're sensitive to this sort of thing if you're stepping into some quest that doesn't look clearly dominant on your part - it's probably gonna be submission content, especially if you don't regularly grind for xp). Some enemies seemed ridiculously overpowered to me (eg mimics that you can technically choose starting from the second map, but you need to be very strong even to be able to run away from them and beating one seems similar in difficulty to the final boss of the second dungeon or actually even worse in a few ways. There's a decent chance some of these are gonna be addressed, given how the game is still in development.

Love this game,With a cool variety of monster girls, some funny moments, some really nice CG (and more being added as time goes on) and overall a fun bfrpg its one of my favorites.also with the addition of it being worked on regularly and constantly being informed of new things its been a overall awesome project to see.

Walkthrough of Monster Girl Dreams:

Special Warning

As an initial disclaimer, it is possible to become locked out of Ancilla's content permanently if your relationship with her becomes too negative. Notably, if you hit -25 progress/affection, Ancilla will refuse to talk with you. This can actually almost be reached through content with other characters which will be covered first.

Firstly for Sofia, if you engage in her hidden content and are taken for walkies through the Forest Dungeon while having an Ass Fetish of 3 or higher for the first trip, you will receive -5 progress with Ancilla. Alternatively, if you do not have an Ass Fetish of 3 or higher and instead select the option to try and look around her to stare at Sofia's luscious behind, you can receive a -10 to progress with Ancilla.

Secondly for Mika, if you are intentionally or accidentally cruel and sell Mika's gift, the matching collar she bought for you, not only will you be locked out of Mika's content permanently, but Ancilla will also lose 10 progress with you. So it is possible to reach -15 to -20 with Ancilla just through the content of other characters.

Phase One: A Dutiful Maid

Now on to advancing with Ancilla herself. To see all of Ancilla's content, you must acquire 50 points with her. You get access to extra scenes at 25 and 50 point totals.

1. When you first make it to Sofia's door at the end of your first excursion in the Forest Dungeon, you'll gain 1 point for meeting Ancilla in combat.

2. When you first enter the Nexus of the Forest Dungeon and meet Ancilla after obtaining the Sigil of Allure, you'll be presented with five options.

"I'm here to defeat Sofia!" will award you 1 point,

"I'm here to train and prepare." gives 2 points,

"I'm here to learn more about monster girls." gives 5 points,

"I'm here to find a lover!" gives 3 points, and

"I'm here to indulge in pleasure." subtracts 5 points.

3/4/5. Next, if you visit the Nexus after defeating Sofia's first fight, you'll receive +10 points along with her congratulations. You can receive another +10 by visiting Ancilla after defeating Sofia's second fight and +5 progress by visiting her after defeating Sofia's third fight as well. Thus by clearing Sofia's current challenges, a total of +25 progress can be attained.

Ancilla Conversations

Now for actually visiting Ancilla from the Nexus. One way to get an idea of your progress with her is by her intro. If she performs a graceful curtsy rather than a quick curtsy, then she is happy to see you and has at least 25 progress/affection with you. In the "Ask about the dungeon's residents" menu, you can gain points for selecting most of the five options.

6/7/8/9. "Sofia?", "Imps?", "Matango?" and "Blue slimes?" each award 1 point for a total of 4 points. "Mika?" does not award any points.

Next, some options in the "Ask about Ancilla" menu award points. "Why don't you oil the door to Sofia's room?" does not give any points.

10/11. Asking "Why are you working for Sofia?" will award 1 point and asking "Where do you get the mattresses to throw at me when we fight?" will award 2 points.

The choice, "Why are you so... Expressionless?" has a dialogue tree which can result in various point gains and losses, of which I will outline here.

12. Upon choosing this option, you'll be given five choices.

"You terrify me." will detract 5 points,

"You're scary, but because of how you fight." gives 1 point,

"You are cute." awards 5 points, and

"You're not scary." awards 2 points.

"You're scary, but I find it attractive." awards you 1 point and gives you two options.

"No." gives you 2 points and ends the conversation for a total of 3 points,

"Yes..." gives you 1 point and three more choices to pick from.

"Y-Yes..." gives you 2 points, while

"H-Hold on a second!" and

"..." each give 1 point.

If you select "Yes..." and then "Y-Yes..." you gain a total of 4 points from the original choice and two sub choices, but "You are cute." still trumps this by 1 point. Once you have gone through this extra opportunity to gain points, you cannot view it again.

13. Choosing "Do you have any hobbies?" will not give any points directly, however, a new choice will appear in the "Talk with Ancilla" menu called "Ask for a random fact." which will award 2 points the first time you choose it.

A maximum of 14 points can be gained through talking with Ancilla and choosing the best options.

Working with Ancilla

Next, the choice "Ask Ancilla if she wants help with work around the dungeon." will lead to four unique scenarios each with point gains and losses, and is necessary to explore at least partially to unlock all of her content. If your progress with Ancilla is -15 or less, she will refuse to work with you.

14. When choosing this for the first time, Ancilla will ask you a question with four possible answers.

"I think humans and monsters should be able to get along." awards 3 points,

"That doesn't matter to me." awards 1 point,

"I just want to help you." awards 2 points, and

"Well when you put it like that..." exits the menu without changing relationship progress.

15. If you picked any of the first three options, Ancilla will take you along with her to clean the halls, awarding 1 point for your first time helping her.

16. In the first work event, an Imp is stuck in the wall, and you are presented with three choices.

"We should leave her in there." subtracts 10 points and ends the event, while

"We should let her out with no punishment." awards 5 points and

"We should let her out and have her help us clean." awards 2 points. No matter which way you let her out, both options will lead to a three choice menu. The choices are named differently depending on which "let her out" option you picked, but each choice has the same point gains and losses associated with them.

Getting a blowjob from the Imp subtracts 1 point and gives you an Imp blowjob scene,

giving the imp headpats awards 3 points, and

giving/getting no reward gives 1 point.

You can get a maximum of 8 points from this event with the best choices.

17. The second work event involves dealing with a Blue Slime which is messing around in the dungeon. You have three choices to pick from to deal with her.

"Forcibly removing her seems like the only option." will award 1 point and end the event.

"We should bribe her to leave." awards 1 point but does not end the event, meaning this is a free point you should take.

"Maybe she could just stay?" awards no points, but does not end the event, instead it brings up a new choice.

"Maybe she could stay if she cleaned up her act, and worked?" awards 1 point and adds a final choice.

"Convince the slime to work. (15 Allure)" which requires 15 Allure to choose, but awards 3 points and ends the event.

A maximum of 5 points can be earned from this event with the best options.

18. The third work event deals with a group of Imps slacking off of their cleaning duties and you must decide the punishment and whom should get it.

"She should clean this entire section of the dungeon by herself.",

"She should have to sexually service me.", and

"All the imps here should be punished by sexually servicing me." each detract 5 points, but none end the event.

"Punish them all with cleaning duty." awards 5 points and ends the event.

"Punish them all with a week-long entertainment ban." awards 10 points with Ancilla and ends the event, but also makes the Imps dislike you, which bars you from entering the Imp Den until you pay them 12,000 eros.

"Maybe they're just overworked and needed a break?" only awards 1 point, but unlocks another option,

"Try to convince Ancilla to take mercy on them? (20 Allure)" which requires 20 Allure but awards 9 points and ends the event for 10 points total, and allows you to enter the Imp Den free of charge for Imp scenes, making it a better alternative to the "entertainment ban" option.

"I'll take her punishment." awards 1 point and ends the event.

"I'll take their punishment." gives you two choices,

"Well... Nevermind then..." takes you back to deciding a punishment, while

"I'll do it." awards 2 points.

A maximum of 10 points can be earned in this event with the best options.

19. The fourth work event is to check up on the matango in the depths of the dungeon while Ancilla observes. The event occurs similarly to entering the remote room via the Forest Dungeon exploration map and shares the same sex scenes with the matango. (Event is not currently recorded in the wiki's Forest Dungeon index)

"Hum.. Hello?"

"Hi there!" (15 Allure) On success, gives 1 point.

The both options lead to the next set of choices regardless if you have the required Allure stat. Most of these options are only available during this sub-event with Ancilla.

"Don't you feel uncomfortable in a small dark room like this?"

"So what do you do with your days?" is added to the dialog choices after selecting the preceding option.

"Anything you'd need or want?"

"Wanna have sex?" Leads to the following choices:

"Yes!" lead's into a long sex event shared with the exploration event. If you have at least 9 Spirit and survive you'll receive 1 point with Ancilla. Lacking this will cause you to inevitably faint and be sent back to the church while losing 2 points with Ancilla.

"When you put it like that..." returns to the previous choices without affecting your relation with Ancilla.

"I'll leave you be." Gives 1 point without requiring the large amounts of spirit, while retaining the same point gain as surviving the matangos,

A maximum of 2 points can be gained from this event with the best choices.
