I think the player is gender neutral. On itch is tagged as a first person pov, so I'm assuming you play as a narrator/observer/voyeur.

just by starting the game you choose the name of the main character and his skin color, he is the main character of haremwatch.the game is in first person, you do not play as an observer the protagonist participates in all sexual scenes the only thing you see of him is his dick, and all the decisions you make are his, there is never a moment where you play the game with a woman.the game also has zero lesbian scenes (that scene is a kiss in a threesome) but well the lesbian tag is awful on this site.
